Duration Time to be 0h 0m or ticker for assistant to apply
To allow the duration time for any service to be 0h 0m when working with an assistant to allow client to double book online for services. Also, if you are able to click a check box for assistant for each service. For instance, if the assistant is applying a root color, then the stylist can be doing a haircut/blowdry. Clients can book online for each service for the allotted time of 1h each.

Send 5 star ratings to the stylists
I love seeing so many glowing reviews for our staff! It is hard for me to send them individually without having to take and crop screenshots. I would love an option where stylists can see their 5 star ratings on their Performance reports

More client info availble on app
Would love to be able to access more client information on the app. Such as, allergies. Most often, I am using the app while in my treatment room with a client rather than referring to a computer.

View and make notes on the calendar without blocking out time
It would be so nice to make notes on the individual day of the stylist's calendar that doesn't block the time.

Client can cancel within online booking
client facing side of boulevard so the client can cancel within their account. many complain about it by email. hard to keep track of.

Notes should be visible in the appointment and an icon on the appointment to indicate there is a note
There is alot of booking info that needs to be relayed between the booking department and the staff. When we add notes, nobody is seeing them because they don't remember to go into the client profile to check notes. The tags don't work for extensive notes. There should be an icon on the appointment as a visible indicator there is a note on the appointment.
Booking notes as well as check out notes are often left un read and can cause the business to look bad when a client was told a note would be left for them.
