  1. We now book Massage at the same time as a Lash appointment. We have 2 different providers. Both though need notifying that their guest is here. Only the first booked receives it right now.

  2. It helps with marketing - being able to have specials for a company on slower days brings in more business. This is a common practice of businesses, so it would be great to have the support to be able to utilize this.

  8. If I'm booking more than one appointment (but not necessarily a recurring), I have to SEARCH on the client name each time and select. It would be great if the system remembered or asked if I wanted to book ANOTHER appointment for same client.

  9. If a client would like to book all their appointments, it would be more convenient to do it with one function instead of individually having to cancel them. This is when they are not booked as recurring but possibly booked a couple of blow dry appointments and a couple of colors on individually chosen dates.

  10. It is more common for clients to reschedule from one week to the next, and it would be nice to have the 2 week view of their schedule (and also just be able to drag the appointment).

  11. to be able to have an option for no tax for products, we do have many tax exempt guests that come to our location that are tax exempt and we are unable to properly ring up a product without tax

  13. Must have a liability report to track outstanding prepaid units like we do other liabilities such as gift cards, account balances and vouchers. This is critical to running a business that has prepaid services so that liabilities can be properly accounted for.

    This is not a planned priority for Boulevard at this time however we will continue to evaluate the needs of our customers against consumer protection measures defined by federal and state laws when considering this feature for development.

  18. Applying clients' birthdays on the calendar for each month for easy Birthday communications/discounts/etc.

It would be very beneficial when clients prepay for treatments and we can see what they are exactly prepaid for when they have multiple account credits right next to the credit instead of having to go into their client profile. For example, a detailed, itemized account credit listing such as "20 units of Botox at $15 each" next to one prepaid account credit or another account credit but with a different description "2 Microneedlings at $240 each"

  20. BLVD should never advertise me as fully booked when I am not. Many people go online to see what is available before calling. The lead time appointments , those that are in the set up time should be greyed out and show as call to book. You will make thousands more dollars this way. We have been doing this for 10 years...we know.
