This would allow other locations to call each other to shunt clients to alternate locations, give information to clients saying "we're unfortunately out of appointments today, but location X has a 5:30pm available and I can connect you to that location if you'd like to set up an appointment with their concierge." Also useful to create inter-salon competition and schedule envy/understanding.

    I would love it if I could say to my managers, please look at the holiday hours for location X, and duplicate them for the month of december, without them having the same management level access at multiple locations.

  6. It would be great if promotions could be specified only assignable, viewable, and usable by location. For multi site chains some promotions only make certain in certain locations.

  9. We communicate with clients via messages as much as possible rather than using the spa phone to text. When communicating about booking dates and times that we are offering them based on their preferences, it would be great to click on those to take us directly to that spot on the calendar as a shortcut for booking or searching alternatives. Quicker navigation.

  11. When cancelling multiple appointments from the client profile - currently I can only cancel one at a time. After each cancellation, i'm returned to the Front Desk. Is there an option to revert back to the client profile so I don't have to search the client again and repeat the whole process?

  14. Time clock should be linked to productivity for hourly employees and also stylists to track when and if someone is late/how often and how that effects their productivity in taking appointments etc.

  17. There should be a full report of what was in the register from start of day to end of day - image attached from old system. If the register was short it stays short and we know when that happened in one report without having to search. Shows all of the day's transactions in one place/report.

  18. This is CRUCIAL for large operations that have multiple clients with the same first and last names.

    Scenario:

    John Smith_1 at Location 1, 18 visits

    John Smith_2 at Location 2, 25 visits, location 1 4 visits

    John Smith_3 at Location 2, 30 visits

    At current, all of these clients would be John Smith, which could cause A LOT of problems in booking phone appointments. If the clients are self booking it shouldn't be an issue.

    I think what should be done is that clients that have identical names have auto label as follows in this scenario:
    John Smith1 would

Hey guys, we've noticed that whenever people are booking online that they're not reading the sentences that says "your card will not be charged", is there anyway we can add an alert box that says the same thing. just because A LOT of clients are coming in thinking they already paid. I understand it says it right there, but just a suggestion.
