  1. Hi Guys - I do not know if this is a bug or a feature suggestion. The email receipt really needs to have a clear note of the DATE of the service being charged, in addition to the date of checkout close. In some instances we hold over checkout for various reasons. Commonly its for Membership renewals to kick in so we wait a day or so, grab the new voucher and close. However, guests forget and send me notes that they are upset. If there is a date of service on the receipt, this might mitigate that

  4. We have had multiple issues where a confirmation text is sent and the guest never replies. We then send a different message and if they reply with a "yes" it confirms the appointment and hides the text message. We then don't know that they replied to our question.

    Any text sent from the business after a confirmation text should cancel out the confirmation system (possibly with a warning that we need to manually confirm the appointment)

  8. There needs to be a column under the CLIENT LIST that shows the client's upcoming appointment. It needs to show the date of the next appointment (MOST IMPORTANT) and also the type of appointment. This will help with winback campaigns and with reaching out to overdue clients.

    It would also be very beneficial to be able to have the option to exclude anyone from the list that already has an appointment on the books when looking at the 1-3 month, 3-6 month and 6+ month lists.

    Please update this asap. It would be so, so helpful!

  14. Adding Merchant Processing data is essential for businesses with multiple locations. Going into individual merchant accounts to get reports is unsustainable.

  15. a service provider would get paid a flat fee per treatment and that fee can be different for each treatment. It would not be a commission (% of service). This was brought up with a consulting firm that works with Spas only

  16. Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.
