  1. Clients are constantly replying to us for rescheduling or moving appts and when they reply yes it is automatically replied to and closed. It causes more issues and client confusion

  2. We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.

  3. When enabling a resource group for services, the resources underneath should be also enabled by default. Currently, toggling a resource group only expands the resource group but does not enable the resources in that group. Instead of relying on the toggle to expand the resource group, there should be another UI action that expands the group instead of the toggle.

    Having to enable individual resources per service becomes mind-numbingly unsustainable to get new customers up and running.

  4. Businesses should have more control over the look of the system. We should be able to put our branding colors on anything a client receives from us, even the "messaging/text/chat" box.

  6. We offer Foot Massages DURING all other lash and beauty services. They are completed by a different technician. So we have one on the face and one on the feet. Many ecomm platform offer a "Suggested Product" at check out. It would save a lot of time if Massages would come up as a complimentary service to book as they are choose their lash or beauty service. It encourages a higher ticket. This isnt an add on either because we have 2 techs working and we need the Service to be added not just a random top up add on…

  8. Most softwares have an arrow by the months that allow you to transition easily month to month to see reports. Instead of going to each month and highlighting the month manually. It seems in this software you have to do everything manually. Could be streamlined.

  14. We reward our customers with Loyalty points to be used on future services. When a customer redeems the loyalty points on a service the Loyalty points are used as a discount instead of a payment type. This reduces or completely removes the commission that a service provider would have received. This also skews the discount report so it shows larger discounts given than what we have actually given. Loyalty points should be same as cash.

  17. Since we are located in a resort, in a remote area, it is essential for us to have a room number on waitlist window information. Especially, that some mobile connections don't work at all. It will be best if each business can have some fields to set up, on the waitlist window. Another example: Many booking we have, one person books for a group. It will be good for us to add more guests while submitting a request on waitlist.

  19. I find myself working with texting within Boulevard, sending Facebook messages, and emailing guests at the same time it would be very nice to integrate some or all of these platforms into Boulevard to keep customer communications consolidated and visible from one application (Boulevard)

  20. When a client purchases a gift card over the phone, email or in-person, there is no way of specifying the gift card recipient. When a gift card is purchased outside of the booking widget, a recipient should be able to be determined and an email option should be available to email gift card recipient.
