  8. When fixing an appointment to checkout, if you remove a service and add it without resetting the appointment time you can unintentionally block off times that could be booked online. It would be nice to be able to unblock that time without voiding.

  13. It wouold be helpful if the size of the product was listed on the purchase order. A lot of our products come in different sizes and it is really hard to see which prodict is needed without this information right next to the product. I am having to change all the actual names of my products.

  14. Current process is to look through each staff members schedules for the infinite future about these appointments, and then do the same again for each staff with a schedule change. If there was a report that listed these that would be time saving. Also I prefer the alert for this since managers and staff that manage schedules will not be thinking about this normally and any extra help with this would be appreciated

  16. Our staff member has double booked on their schedule accidentally and we are wondering if there is a way to receive a pop-up alert notifying our staff that they already have an existing booking on their calendar for the requested time.

    Would help to prevent anyone from double booking on their own calendar!

  17. Client would like to see a place within Caller ID of any calls that she missed (so she knows who to call back if they call after-hours or she is busy with a client).

  18. Added the link to our website, but when accessing it on an iPhone you have to scroll down to find buttons, then scroll up to see there's details you need to add and especially for older clients this is going to be very confusing and cost us sales
