  1. On the website, each service page has a book now button right on the hero image. When someone clicks book now, the widget opens up, they pick their location, then their appointment type, then they get the entire list of services.

    If someone is on the massage page for example, and clicks book now, can Boulevard jump to only list the massage services? We believe it will improve the user's experience.

  2. We have to scroll all the way up the message, sometimes several months back to be able to close the message. The "tick" should stay on screen at all times or put it closer to the "Send" button. I understand though the risk of putting it there so maybe it's best to ensure that the Name, Number and Tick do not scroll out of site. Fix the CSS to hold it on the page.

  3. The wrong payment type was used to close an order (Other payment type) vs. credit card. We would like the ability to edit or refund and add new payment type more easily. Currently, we would need to create a new appointment.

  4. Used to be able to open closed orders and change if a service provider was requested or not. Would like that function back

    Example: Provider added services to an appointment and he was marked as requested for those services when he shouldn't have been. Wasn't corrected at checkout and now there's no way to go back and edit the requests which is throws reporting

  5. When making scheduling adjsutments, if not using the reschedule button, confirmation emails aren't sent. If making adjustments that are weeks out it's easier to make these from the appointment details instead of using the rescheduling button

  6. there needs to be a full price option to charge a no show client.
    Different salons have different cancellation policies.

    creating a product "cancellation fee" and then having to remove tax is to much extra work in order just to make one switch from 50% charge to full price charge

  13. Want to only see staff, not resources so we have to manually toggle them all off on the calendar filter, but then when making adjustments or moving things around the page resets and all resources are listed again.

  15. Now, clients have to dig through their email to see upcoming appointments or to cancel future appointments. It would be so much easier if this information was available to them on the website when they long it. They have to create an account anyways. Should this be available somewhere on the website?

  18. ...along with next column showing that date's total duration to help with overtime summations. It is extremely time consuming to have to eye ball reports to identify when overtime math should be used on a day by day and week by week basis. Another nice option would also be a week by week total. I am quite sure that in most states that overtime calcs are only evaluated on daily and weekly basis and providing those two totals would be fantastically useful to all managers and payroll processors.   19. We have 30+ staff and a lot of resources. Instead of making the columns smaller and thus unreadable, would be better to have an option for a horizontal scroll
