  2. when clients want to check out and also order new extensions can we add a option like we have for product.. we don't want extension deposit to be a service we would rather it be on its own (like no service provider) so girls don't make money off of the deposit for extensions cause that money goes to the business.

  6. When clients do not confirm their appointment, they don't show up and we lose the slot to fill for other clients. I want to be able to toggle off the option to confirm their appointments.

  8. We need a notification that a service provider doesn't provide a service when rescheduling an appointment. We have had reception accidently book prenatal and other specialty services with unqualified staff members because no alert popped up like when booking a regular appointment.

  13. Right now once you get to 25 notifications, that is all you see. I would love the option to see more than 25 notifications in the alert area.

  17. This client uses Booker and her clients can book an appointment directly through yelp.

  18. Confirmation emails to include the service provider's name. This will help us prevent last-minute confusion or cancellations for clients who intended to book with another provider, or a provider of a certain gender.

  20. So that staff or management could essentially place notes on times to do a number of tasks such as analysis or dictate instructions to staff.

    Examples:

    Wanting to notate a region of time for analysis. To refer to things, we now are marking up schedule screenshots using outside editors, if they were native to Blvd then these notes would be cloud based and businesses would have the confidence they are synced across and we can always be looking at the same data and most up to date.
