  2. Ability to "undo" an erroneous voucher redemption, at current if a voucher is "redeemed" the only way to correct it is to sell a workaround one to add it back to the client's payment methods.

    Audit friendly; so many times clients come in and are very confused how many vouchers they have left. Rework of payment method section or in history that shows when a package was sold and how many are left alongside each date of redemption. Our staff uses smart watches and would like to be notified of a client's arrival on their watches, but their phone numbers linked in the employee profile is different from the one linked to their watch. In the communication preferences, we would like to specify the phone number for the alerts.

I'm in the middle of a big push of selling memberships online – I know clients are using the "add message" feature with checkout but I believe since there's no associated appointment, that I have no way to access these messages.   8. Current workaround is to go into front desk mode and manually slide these appts back to the intended state. Example of this would be client comes in, front desk checks a client in but it was the wrong client. Service provider was notified, and gets ready only to find it was an error. Adding procedures to go into front desk view and correct the state is tedious and quite forgettable unless staff is vigilant or errs on the side of being perfectionists.   9. When redeeming a voucher, it ZERO outs the service. This means that the Service Provider is unable to be shown how much commission they earn for the Service they have just completed that has been paid for with a "product" voucher. This also impacts tipping

  10. Instead of last updated, please allow business to adjust the order of locations (for multi-location businesses) in the booking widget. Currently, it is ordered by "last updated" and not in alphabetical order as listed in the dashboard.

  16. It would be very helpful if there was a way we could condense the viewing screen to be able to view the whole day without having to scroll up and down. It would make for faster booking and less mistakes because you could see the whole day all at once.

  18. Currently when switching between locations, if you're on a future date on the calendar and then switch to the other location, it jumps back to today's date. This is a hindrance when trying to book an appointment and you're trying to check the same date at both locations. It adds time and is annoying for the client if you have to ask them for the date a second time.

  20. Some suppliers require you to order items by the case pack (in specific multiples). So when adding "low stock" or "all stock" it would be great if the PO knew to update the Order quantity by the required multiple
