  1. I would love to see an update to the marketing suite that would allow us to import custom email templates. The marketing suite templates don't offer the level of customization that I'd like to see in our marketing emails.

  2. It would be nice to have the option for the stylist to be notified via text when someone joins the wait list specifically for them. Sometimes stylists see their books differently than front desk and are able to fit them in.

  3. It would be great for a client to receive a detailed receipt when checking out. As of now it only shows the main service on the receipt, if it could show add-ons it would very helpful.

  5. We often see old memberships at old prices being reactivated in our shops and though we are trying to solve the problem with training, if we could set a limit on how long after a membership has been canceled that it is able to be reactivated, that would be really useful.

  7. Please increase the number of characters that can be used on Note addendums. Currently the character limit restricts us from using this function how we would like. Thanks.

  8. the app is not booking more than 1 resource if the appointment has more than 1 assigned. For instance, if we are booking a hydrfacial, it requires a room as a resource and a machine as equipment. If we book using the app, it only chooses the room, not the machine as well.

  9. Guests get confused at the confirm visit button, the button should say confirm price and then add tip. if the wheel isnt broken don't try to fix it

  11. ...unless they opt back in. Businesses largely will not have visibility regarding client's lack of SMS communication. There should also be indicators more prominently displayed next to phone numbers whenever shown in Front Desk, Calendar, Messages, and Client tabs that denote NO SMS, or client has disabled all SMS. Some businesses HEAVILY rely on SMS and if clients are not receiving reminders and/or confirmations then being charged no-shows... there WILL be hiccups. The current set up potentially causes Blvd to force businesses to be in a rough spot where staff have the concept that their clients are being messages when…

  12. Privilege groups should include a separate functionality of appointment cancellations. Only authorized staff should cancel appointments.

    We don't want our staff the ability to cancel any appointments, all cancellations should be reviewed by our manager. Some salons have a history of staff taking cash from customers, but then turn around and cancel the appointment to show that the customer never arrived, thus pocketing the full service sale for herself.

  13. This would allow an Admin to choose who can over override scheduling rules, which can currently be done when booking with "Select time on calendar” (Timing/Resource Blocking/Approve a Service Provider to perform a service that is normally not done)

  15. The ability to stack / apply multiple offer codes during online booking. Currently, this is only accomplished when applying via the dashboard. This would allow businesses more opportunity to incentivize clients and increase revenue.

  17. A report should be created allowing staff to search for a specific future appointment in the book. For the 'not so typical service', in order to prepare for materials needed and staff to be available. -or- Another way to look at this, let's say you've previously scheduled a complex service with a client and can not remember when it is in the future / can not remember the client... being able to search the service would help.

  20. Right now, there are three cases that cause a lot of confusion internally.
    - Email addresses are not required for profiles
    - Multiple profiles with the same email address can be created
    - Case sensitivity in emails (which doesn't exist on any other platform), which means chris@ is considered different from Chris@
