This would be so helpful for my IV clinic. Book with an individual IV but purchase a package at checkout with the ability to use a voucher from that new package for that days appointment.

I have this issue as well. My Medical Director is also frustrated with this process coming from aesthetic record. Her recommendations are: "There was a list of all of the notes that needed to be signed which I could click through one by one to sign with a pre-saved signature or I could select multiple and sign them at once." She has also mentioned having an option to select specific dates, ex: Jan 1 - Jan 31. Once selected, giving a list of all charts needing to be reviewed and signed. Then from there streamlining the process as mentioned above. This is a critical issue for our clinic as well, potentially altering the medical director role.

This is huge for our clinic! We do not have a reception area and most of our usage is through the app. There is no way to see the waitlist through the app AND there is no notification when someone is added to the waitlist. At minimum, a text message alert would help. It is impacting our clientele, delaying care and giving a bad first impression to our clinic.
