Expecting clients to navigate through a business website, client portal, separate booking link, app, etc. is just a bit much for people these days. Seems like it could be streamlined so this can all be done from client portal.

You can go to "Schedule" from Calendar and then use the drop down "Forms Status" in the upper right and select "Not Started" or In Progess".
Still would be nice to see it on the "Front Desk" or "Calendar" view, but the Schedule view does show all clients for the day and forms status.
