Yes, my old salon software could send a "pay by mobile" link to the client. This is great when the client is in the chair processing and wants to pay real quick because they're in a rush or at the bowl being rinsed. This is especially helpful if we're having internet issues, computer issues or there's a long line at checkout.

yes, I just switched to BLVD from Envision and we could send out a "mobile payment link" to the client right there on the spot. This was great when they forgot their card, we are experiencing internet issues, or there is a line at check out and someone is in a rush to get out.

We use Tippy as well, and clients love it. Now since we have BLVD, clients are a little confused with having to use 2 different terminals to pay for services and gratuities. IT would just create a more seamless experience.

Yes, I would like to send a "Thank you' to a client that referred another without having to give them a "reward." A simple "thank you" would be great!
