    At least blocking for days the business is not open would be a base level start! We end up with people waiting for days that we literally have no people working.

    Kind of like not being able to book group appointments from the dashboard, it is so weird that merging appointments is available when booking the second one, but never again after that. It should be available at other times. Bonus points for a warning flag on appointments if it appears a client has more than one appointment on the same day. (we often get caught off guard when they book appointments online and we don't realize they have other appointments after the initial one)

    This is so frustrating when something is broken, or even if you just want it blocked (sometimes we have a noisy person in the pedicure room and don't want anyone else with them, we end up scheduling fake appointments to block the room)

    The resource scheduling is a complete mess.

    It doesn't respect your manually moving the appointment to a resource when initially booking, it doesn't default to an available resource, it just goes with the first one in the list, rebooking from the checkout window often doesn't include resources at all. Changing a provider can remove the resource from the appointment options completely. Please look at resource booking to straighten all of this out!

    Adding a pop-up about overbooking would solve some of these issues, and would be an easy first start.

    This would be very helpful for performance reports. An additional pop up that asks if you want to make the shorter time a new accommodation for the client would be a super plus.

    Our previous software allowed granular setup for inventory so you could set:

    Max quantity
    Min quantity
    Order quantity/multiple

    Boulevard only having the single "amount on shelf" number makes it much harder to manage inventory. Allowing setting all 3 allows much better automated ordering to meet these quantity requirement.
