It is so embarassing to tell guests that we need to open the calculator to subtract todays charge to get their new balance. It could just show this similar to the change section in the cash charge window. (which is far from perfect)

We often end up with people changing name on profile to a partner or child because they are allowed to change the name and they are already logged in. This is a nightmare for tracking down client history, and it is easily destroyed if you merge profiles before you realize this happened.

I like all of this! I would add that sometimes I would like the service provider to receive commission on the no-show or late cancellation fees, so having this as an option in setup would be awesome.

The ability to tie a provider to a resource would be one way to solve this. Stylist can be tied to "wax room" from 9-2 and Waxer tied to "Wax Room" from 2-8. Then they book the room at that time. And then the option to limit them to services that require that resource.
