    We also check most guests in verbally. They see this as a great service so they don't have to use the iPad. It would be very helpful to send forms to a specific iPad for them to complete. Choosing the iPad would be important so I can send them with the hand held one so they aren't tying up space at the desk while they complete forms.

    This is one of the handful of forms features that are keeping us from using Boulevard for all of our forms and record keeping.

    I am constantly apologizing to people that Boulevard forces me to have our Sauna as a provider asking for a tip.

    I would love to have the option to turn off tipping on a per-provider basis. At checkout would be a second option, but then you still have to remember to do it at checkout.

    We run into bad reports any time we go through and zero out expired gift cards. Thankfully the product sales report separates out the gift cards, but then you end up running multiple reports and trying to keep all the numbers straight just to get a total of products sold. I understand that there needs to be a second entry to keep double entry accounting accurate in Boulevard, an "adjustment" category or something similar would be much better than the current use of products for this.
