  1. please include the clients name when they have a service that has a finish time... so single process - 30m and then process 30m and then back in chair for finish 30m... the finish slot is just color block - not their name - NOT GOOD ... thx

  2. automate new appointment information - we have auto confirmation texts why not simplify the process for us and them. if they call, we should gather first name, last name, phone number. select the time and day they have their appointment and then let them know the appointment is pending on the schedule until they "click the link (that this idea would create lol)" and fill out their credit card information - once that information is filled in the appointment would be officially set - and then theyd get the confirmation text 24 hours ahead as well. its a lot of…

  3. We would ultimately like the option or a setting to require services on an appointment to start at the same time.

    Our business has services we offer, and we have additional services we would like clients to be able to book / add that would happen at the same time. We currently utilize Service modifiers for this, however modifiers aren't tracked in reporting. Additionally, if a client has a voucher for the service the modifier was added to - it will set the service cost to $0. This results in our needing to add a retail product to the sale…

  5. We charge a monthly fee for pausing a membership at our spa. It would be amazing if this feature could be built into the membership pause option. Just like when a client late cancels or no-shows the option for "charge fee" pops up - If we could simply click "charge fee" in the pause membership window it would be so much more automated. The member would basically be paying a membership freeze fee every month in place of their regular membership payments, and then when the pause period ends, regular membership payments should resume.

  9. It would be great if clients were able to purchase packages through boulevard and split their payment over 2, 3 or 4 month installments. Only current option is to create a membership plan and schedule a cancellation

  10. It is vital to be able to show the PURCHASE DATE on the gift card report!! If there is an expiration policy we must be able to locate old cards and notify client their card is about to expire!!! From the accounting side we must be able to pull a valuation report that shows age of gift and balance at a given date or point in time!!

  11. The Daily Summary Report (in the Report section) apparently only shows information for dates that a sale happened. This leads to missing and inaccurate data when looking at a specific staff member who may have had a full day that had no appointments booked. These days don't show in the report, which can lead to inaccurate utilization numbers (Hours scheduled and hours booked).

  12. It is EXTREMLY important to be able to have accurate inventory for patient documentation and business reports. Having to add a different product for 1/2 syringe doesn't solve the problem because the inventory count will be off. You could add 1/2 syringe and click twice for a whole, but this would cause an extra step in changing the pricing which will be a nightmare for management. The other EMR companies that I have worked for in the past start the count at 0.1 instead of one - should be an easy fix.

  13. Clients need to have multiple tabs open to see their current appointments vs. booking a new appointment. Makes it hard to schedule/reschedule around their calendar.

    Would like them to live in one space to encourage ease of scheduling.

  14. There should be a way to send files to patients. There are some patients that need to get labs done and there should be a way for us to send their lab requisitions through BLVD, whether it is through text, email, patient portal, etc.

  15. When prebooking an appointment, it would be helpful if, after selecting a time on the calendar, the view remained on the currently selected date rather than automatically jumping back to today’s date. This would streamline the process and reduce unnecessary navigation.

    Additionally, it would be great to have a “Book Client Again” button for guests who want to prebook multiple appointments. This feature should automatically suggest or give the option to book the next appointment based on the same interval (e.g., every 4 or 6 weeks) from the last appointment that was booked.

  16. Our "logo" isn't a picture or design, it's the name of the business in fancy writing. In most every case where the square logo is present, we can barely read the words. It would be great if we could customize the size of the logo for different screens. Also, the self-booking overlay image has such a dark shadow over the top that you can barely even see the picture we chose. Please give us the option to change the intensity of that shadow.

  17. Many clients complain that they didn't have enough time to change or cancel their appointment within our cancellation policy once receiving the reminder email. It would be nice to be able to change when that could be sent.

  18. We have a membership system where the client gets to "bank" dollars as store credit. When they log in, many clients gets confused with monthly benefit account credit shown as what they currently have in their wallet. PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THE BENEFITS ARE WHAT THEY RECEIVE every month and NOT WHAT THEY CURRENTLY HAVE. Thank you!

  19. When a client reschedules an appointment within the late cancellation window, the client should show up on the cancellation list in addition to patients who have cancelled so that all staff can see who has rescheduled and when they rescheduled to.

  20. Just let my provider see the patient's dob from the Pro App so they know the age of the person they're dealing with. Making them run to a desktop computer is screwing up our flow.
