When Pulling up the Products Sales Report, Packages are Included. If they are a retail Package I can understand but Service Packages do not belong in this report. Yes, we can exclude each one but not the entire category which is time consuming and clunky, which leads to errors.

It was far easier to follow credit history before the "wallet" update. You could expand and read notes within the same window. Now we have to click on the order number and go to a different screen. Much more inconvenient. Can we have that feature back?

Online Booking for friends
Clients are booking appointments for their friends. A friends name and phone number NEEDS to be required. This should not be optional! We need to contact the client and we have advanced paperwork. This creating a mess in our system!! Please require and name and phone number. AND dont allow clients to change their profile name to a friends... this is also creating a mess of accounts.

Change active membership's location without cancelling/reselling
A client may have purchased a membership at one location but moved and started frequenting another. It would be great to be able to simply change the membership location so they start getting billed where they are receiving services.

Combine Professional and Duo functionality for checkouts
Allow me to start a checkout on the professional app, and when it asks for a card, it switches to the DUO checkout screen and bluetooth connects to my duo. I can just turn the iPad around for the customer to complete their part, and then it goes back to the app screen for me to finish the checkout. Would make mobile checkouts easier, plus make it easier to have resilient options if the internet is down as our iPad has a cellular modem.

Allow the stylist to manage the CONFIRMATION of a self-booked appointment.
Allow the Stylist the opportunity to review the details of a self-booked appointment BEFORE the appt. is automatically CONFIRMED and communication sent to the customer!

"Copy from Previous Chart" Should Not Copy Old Photos – Only Charted Text/Information
When using the "Copy from Previous Chart" function, the system currently brings forward previously uploaded images/photos along with the charted information. This leads to confusion and potential clinical inaccuracies, especially if the old photos are outdated or no longer clinically relevant.

Need a way to apply a Time Block at BEGINNING of service scheduled for NUMBING for certain services provided
We need an auto Time Block at beginning of appt for NUMBING for certain services provided (filler, microneedling, etc.)
Currently what is offered for time blocking with each appt is: Processing Time (a block of time at the END of the service when a client is busy, but the staff can attend other clients.), Finishing Time (a block of time at the END of a service and any processing or transition time when both the client and the staff are busy.), and Transition Time (a block of time AFTER the service is performed during which the staff member is unavailable.…3 votes -

Accept gift cards for memberships and auto apply card when gc runs out
Loyal clients like to take advantage of promotional gift cards. When they also want to enroll in a membership, they can't use those gift cards that are often hundreds of $. It would be great to be able to use a gift card on file but still require a credit card so that card can automatically be charged for renewals once the gift card runs out

Permission Group Suggestion: "schedule overview only" permission
There isn't a way to give staff schedule visibility without also providing access to client information through appointment details. Even when only "View Availability" is selected, even though the staff member can't see the clients' name on the calendar, they can click on "Schedule", "Cancellations", and "Waitlist" and gain access to client info.
We need a way to be able to limit the staff from viewing any and all client data and only see the providers' calendars have appointments scheduled.
