  3. Ability to set higher number of attempts for renewing memberships. Currently, the system will try to charge the client 3 days after the failed renewal, and again 3 days following that. Having the ability to modify this cadence and total number of attempts would allow businesses to automate how the system tries to resolve failed payments.

  4. We should be able to change the timing of when messages are sent out. The 1 days before appointment reminder text should not be sent out at 5pm. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before an appointment. So it should be sent, at the very latest, 8am. Boulevard is also delivering text messages late at night ex. 9:30pm. Which is very disruptive to our customers. We never had this issue at Vagaro

  6. We love that there is a gallery in the client profile, but have years of photos on another program. The company is able to make an export but BLVD is currently not set up for bulk photo transfers. I can understand the concern, however doing this manually will take months and creates more room for mistakes to be made.

  8. Current offers section (gear icon > Offers) can't currently be filtered or easily sorted through after a certain number of offers. It would be helpful to have a report that has all active (and deleted, for historical purposes) offers with all details found on that page, such as code, discount amount, audience and sale item restrictions, etc.

  9. We see patients virtually out of state. Appointments only allow us to book and send reminders in our current time zone, however. This create confusion for the patient in a different time zone. Is there a way to show what time it will be in their time zone when booking and reminding them of their appointment?

  13. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.

  14. Can there be a way to close out all marketing text messages once they are sent out, so they do not flood the open messages and then needs to be closed 1 by 1. There are hundreds.

  15. Be able to look at gallery for the entire day or time specific and tag photos so when you want to pull all before and after photos of Microneedling it pulls all those photos instead of knowing the client name. Being able to add tag to photos to search through the gallery based on tags

  16. Currently circular logos are not easily supported - and even when trying to upload a square logo with a white background there is a black shadow/frame on the logo. It would be nice to have more customization options so the logo blends seamlessly.

  19. when someone is scheduling online, it would be helpful to have the eligible add-ons for the service they're booking shown so they can easily schedule it along with the base service. most people aren't going to go into a separate "add-ons" column if they're wanting additional services done at the same time

  20. When looking at Membership perks on the client end they cannot see the discounts they got on tox and fillers- currently this section does not show the option for discounts of dollar amounts on toxins and fillers (due to the way Boulevard is set up) I want the option for clients to see those discounts in the membership benefits section after purchasing, and not just under the description clients only see when purchasing
