Commission Totals included on Mobile App
The business said the current service totals is misleading on the mobile app because it is a lesser number when vouchers are applied as those service as a discount to the service. The provider is however paid commission off the service list price. The % owed to the provider is not seen in the mobile app at this time making them think they have made less then they really have.

Loyalty Program customization
We would love to be able to customize the loyalty program either through the program itself or with promotions. Like earn double points on service X or product Y. This would be a good way to help us promote slow sellers while ensuring that customers will be coming back to use their points.
On a more permanent basis I would love to have higher points earned on my higher margin services to push people to book more of those.

Create Printable Travel Tickets for Stylists to Utilize
We would like to create tangible travel tickets for stylists to be able to assess their clients' info all on one page rather than having to go thru multiple digital menus via Boulevard app. Client info like: Previous Products Purchased, Previous appointments, previous services + amounts paid, today's appt info and an area where they can write notes or suggestions.

Improved visibility into billing details for multiple locations
it would make reconciliation much easier to be able to view all invoices with location and line item breakdowns in one place and be able to download it too! instead, we have to go into the manage tab at all of them which is very time consuming

Ability to reinstate "Completed" appointments
The business wants to be able to reinstate a completed appointment as there are times where they are completed in error and they need the time to open back up but reversing the appointment completion is not currently an option.

Customizable commission rate for cancellation fees
Example: We have nurse and esthetician, a nurse would make around 10-13% because their service prices are higher (injectable, laser) a facialist has a higher commission rate because their service is average $120-$200. I would want to customize the nurse to receive more than 10% on a commission fee.

Need The Ability to Refund a Service Paid With a Voucher
There is no way to refund a service paid with a voucher. It's not uncommon for the front desk to make an error in ringing up a patient and if it's caught the next day there needs to be a way to undo it. We have varying redeemed voucher values and services. I cannot keep manually adjusting payroll outside of BLVD because this causes discrepancies between payroll and BLVD. It also can skew providers sales. BLVD needs to be able to account for every scenario that could occur with a transaction.

- Allow messages to be tagged "unread" and allow messages to be sent to providers/front desk
- Put in place safeguard so a provider cannot be scheduled in two different locations at the same time.
- Allow blocked times (ie out/PTO) to be seen in all locations provider is seeing patients
- Allow option to see providers schedule in all locations they work on the same page

this would be nice in case a member is about to lose their monthly voucher the guest will get an alert, "you have X days to redeem this membership perk before it expires."
