Allow editing a draft of an existing form
Allow creating a draft of an existing form for editing. I tried to update a form and wanted to take my time with edits and created a copy of the form. Once I went live with the new form it applied it to every guest even if they already completed the old version.
It would be useful to have some method of working on a draft of an existing form that can then be re-issued as the current form so it isn't sent to guests that have already completed it. (only sent out once to each person)

granting access to reports by employee not location
we should be able to grant access to reports by employee, not location. making it so I can grant access for each employee to view their own numbers w out seeing everyone else's.

Customize what time slot add-on services time is added to
Being able to customize where additional time needed for an add-on service goes. Currently, the additional time for an add-on service goes under "duration." However this creates a problem when a stylists is double booking. For example: The base service is a full highlight. If the add on time is added to the "duration" then application time is too long, and then client #2 arrives too late. Further, then there is not enough time to actually do the deep condition service after rinsing the color from client #1. You cannot do a deep condition treatment before or during a color…

Have an option to only allow some appointments to be bookable online (not manually by desk)
... promotions. Let's say my business wanted to offer a special discount for booking a service. BUT the discount is only eligible on certain days of the week, with certain staff, and we want to create it so that we not only have the clients payment method, we charge a deposit of the no-show fee. This would be the only surefire way using conditional offers, service restrictions per staff, and booking deposits, to make sure all of these are accomplished AND we are not relying on staff to perform them manually when booking in person or over phone.

Data for walk-in appointments
We want to see data for walk-in appointments. How many does each shop get each month, are their trends between regions, do walk-in clients rebook, etc.

Enhanced text wrapping on name/service truncation for appts <30min so that most of the pertinent information still shows at calendar glance
At current, if there are long names or long service names for services below 30 min duration there is complete cut off or bleeding of text beyond appt tile.
Ideas include:
First name, last name reduced to initial, service name truncation (perhaps removal of vowels?)CSS to make those appts with too much text be animation where the entirety of the names and service name scroll left to right so that all text is shown every 10 seconds or so (or some time equation directly proportional to number of characters).

Treating an existing client as a new client if more than a certain amount of time has past since their last appointment.

Business Level Text Messages (vs Location Level)
for patient portal messages, it would be nice if the conversation crossed over from location to location if its under a specific patients name. Currently you can message from one portal, go to another location and pull up the clients name and there is no record of a conversation.
also, would be ice if the messages were logged with the users name along with the date and time stamp. That way its easier to follow which staff member is communicating with the patient.

Automatically Apply Account Credits
We run a salon, and while the credit button during the checkout process is visible our receptionists don't always know to click that first in the fast paced weekend, so it would be very ideal to have all deposits/account credits apply automatically during the checkout process or have a pop up asking if the credit would like to be used. Thank you

Reminders to check in if folks say they're not ready to book
When someone isn't quite ready to book, but says that they'd want to in Next month, we should have the option to mark it in a way where it notifies the admin team to check in on the first day of the next month.
Additionally, the system should be surfacing the most likely to book at any given time and reminding us to check in with them.

Need to see offer codes on appointments before checkout
Right now we can only see data on offer codes once the appointments have been completed, so we have almost no visibility into promo performance until the appointments are complete.

When you click a specific time on the calendar to book an appointment, it should automatically book for that time
I've already selected the time I want by clicking it on the calendar and clicking "new appointment". Then I still have to reselect the time again to complete the booking?

Report that shows "client accommodations" by staff member.
Need a way to get a list of these accommodations, filter if the accommodation is by price, duration, etc so that businesses can identify weaknesses or bottlenecks and either micromanage service providers to correct it or delete the inefficiencies. At current I believe there is no way to find these issues that potentially cost businesses time and money :P

Pie chart and bar chart report functionality
Reporting shown in graphs and pie charts. Comparison bar charts that compare service sales from current to the past 2 years. Also, membership comparison charts on a year to year basis. A Pie chart with the different services sold and customized dates. They are so much easier to read at a quick glance!

auto apply discount with offer link
I would like to be able to send a discount link in a email or text marketing campaign that would allow the customer to click the link and then it takes them to the booking page and also auto apply's a coupon that i choose for that specific link. That way they don't have to remember a offer code, or re enter it at check out.

Existing clients can share their custom referral booking links with friends. When those friends go to book, a special first-visit discount is automatically applied at booking and it carries through to checkout. Learn more about the referral program here.
