Task Management
There needs to be a way to assign tasks to providers. If a provider needs their nurse or assistant to call in a medication for a pt, there should be a way to the provider to assign that task to the nurses profile.

Allow a note for staff when they clock in. A pop up to allow for reminders or tasks that need to be completed during their shift.
"Remember to call Sally if her products are ready for pick up" or "Remember to check off all items on the closing checklist before clocking out"
Or fun messages of encouragement.
"You are amazing, thanks for being a part of our team!" -

this is a hugeeee limitation with Boulevard! In all other EMR platforms I've worked in we had internal "tasking". We could title the task, add details, assign to one/multiple team members, add a due date, a priority level, and set the status (open, in progress, finalizing, etc). Add ongoing notes to the task itself, attach documents. Attach to a patient. Each section was customizable so I could alter the status types to say whatever I wanted/was relevant.

This is very critical for HRT patient flow as well. We need an internal task list for employees and providers

A task or to do list for the front desk that can be added to daily and checked off when completed. This will help with call backs, reminder, patient prescriptions, etc

Tasks are essential in a medical practice because they ensure nothing falls through the cracks. They help the team stay organized with follow-ups, lab reviews, medication questions, and patient concerns.
They also improve patient care by ensuring timely responses, which builds trust and keeps patients engaged in their treatment.
For providers and staff, tasks create clear communication and accountability—everyone knows what needs to be done and by who—making the entire clinic run more efficiently.

I need a way to set "tasks" with deadlines for staff. For example, follow up with Jane Doe regarding laser package. These tasks should not show or disrupt their booking calendar.

We often need to document a phone message, or lab results, or need to create or complete a "task" of some sort for patients. Can we please create a "task" schedule or tab that we can see for patients. Currently our work around now is scheduling an appointment so we can document the task, but it will send the patient an appointment reminder if you create which confuses the patient. So a way to create and complete tasking for various items in charts without having to create an appointment would be extremely helpful.

When staff members need to communicate about clients via EMR. Or as task list for staff, for example doctor needs to message nurse about following up with a client in 2 weeks. The doctor puts that task in the EMR, and then in 2 weeks, that task pops up for the nurse to do.

This is crucial and seems like an easy solution.

My salon uses time blocks to let certain employees know about tasks that need to be done at that time / for that day. We want to be able to add notes to the time block, instead of it just being one long title that runs off the edge of the note.
Ideally we can open a time block and see a longer note inside of it, just like notes on a client's appointment.

Set tasks for your employees
-follow up with patients
-run payments that weren’t put through
-set reminders to follow up with patients in “x” amount of days
-daily checklists for your employees to complete -
ProMD (enterprise prospect) would also need this functionality.

There is also absolutely no way (that we can find) to schedule patient follow-ups for providers, especially when you have more than one (we have 5 providers) and need to have someone review labs, a patient's adverse reaction to filler, which we had to dissolve, or our Board-Certified Nutritionist review a patient's treatment plan for weight loss (I do not permit providers to arbitrarily issue prescriptions for weight loss). Nor is there any place to document a patient having problems after hours and calling for help (we offer after-hours services and the ability to speak to a certified medical assistant or a registered nurse) by SMS or voice.

A way to send tasks to staff where they can be checked off after completion. Or somewhere to chat with staff as an admin account where only they can see their private messages. For example if I see something off on the schedule a place where I can let the front desk know appointments have to be moved or forms have to be collected.

It will be beneficial to have a front desk communication board. This board will have a daily chore check list for opening and closing for weekday and weekends so we are aware what has been completed. Also this board will have any updates or anything we must be aware of for any of the estheticians. Lastly we can have any updates about call backs to move up or down appointments which were booked two weeks from the present day.

Similar to the Changelog pop up
This Notifcation can be set by management to ensure staff are notified of changes and updates that may affect them
this notifcation feature can be set to send according to Staff roles (multiples if the notication needs to reach more internal groups.
-Sample notes would be "Staff meeting XX/XX @ X:XX
-Closing Procedure update: XXXX"
