WITHOUT online booking enabled. Clients will feel more comfortable giving this information to hold their appointment rather than reading the numbers over the phone. (we are not comfortable with online booking yet)

VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT! The number of no-shows and same-day cancellations are out of control. It eliminates the uneasy feeling for clients as their information is not inputted over the phone but from themselves.
