Invoices!!!
This includes requests to send secure link for payment at checkout via SMS and/or email.
If patients only pay partial or have issues at checkout it would be nice to be able to send an inovice so we do not lose track of payments needed

We too are new to BLVD... love it but this is a major outage for us and we missed it before moving over. We need a work around now, and a first class solution sooner than later.
We have patients who forget their wallet... and we want to invoice and let them pay at home. We have others who order products over the phone with us and want to be invoiced and pay so they can send their friend in to pick it up. Taking their card over the phone is not a good option... a) risk of others hearing the info, it being written down and found in the trash b) does not seem 1st class / professional in today's world. We don't want or need an online store. Just the ability to set up an order, invoice for it and get paid by the customer at their convenience.
We are looking into a short term work around using the 'booking deposit' in BLVD... so that shows BLVD can take payments online, just not create and invoice, email it and then get paid. The patient would have to select the service/product and we would have to have it coded as requiring 100% deposit... but that is cryptic at best.
BLVD is by far the Cadillac of systems, but Vagaro (we switched from) which is like a Swatch Car if you will, and is not at all focused on this industry, DOES IT... sure they don't do much else.... but come on BLVD this is NECESSARY for this industry.

I could not agree more!! This is a feature I wish I would have asked about before switching to Boulevard! It is so critical for my business to be able to collect virtual payment from clients and not everyone feels comfortable sharing their card information or storing one on file!

we need invoices as of yesterday! I have a lot of products being sold that I had switched from a platform that it allowed me to do it and I didn't realize this wasn't an option when moving to here!!

We NEED Invoicing as an option badly! Especially when we are shipping products to patients whether they be in town or out of town. THIS IS A MUST!

I would love invoices for package and product sales, I see myself constantly using my older system to bill for packages and products specially with afterpay available.

Send Client Invoices - This would be amazing to invoice clients prior to a big event or appointment to secure their spots if they are new patients and do not currently have a credit card on file with the practice.

Something like the express booking from MangoMint would be so cool - texts client with a link to add card on file/pay deposit. Automatically cancels the booking if they don't complete it in time.

We do not need invoices at all...but if you are going to do them PLS consider making them very flexible so we could modify them so that they could be used to generate super bills- we would need to put on npi for biz, provider, and all the codes and lic numbers etc...you can reach out to me if you need more details.

to be able to send via text or email. Your card-on-file rule that only hold it for that location for one appointment if they've used Boulevard at another store is beyond outdated. Same with lack of invoicing-- and at no extra cost. We pay enough for all our add-ons and integrations.

It would be great to be able to take in monies and then allocate them to products and treatments, then if not paid in full that order stays open and can be flagged or filtered and remaining payment can be taken in order for order to be closed out.
