  1. Currently, commissions must be enabled separately for each location an Aesthetician is assigned to. This creates unnecessary administrative work and increases the risk of inconsistencies across locations.

    Proposed Enhancement

    Allow commission settings to be enabled and managed once within an Aesthetician's profile. Once configured, those commission settings would automatically apply to all locations assigned to that Aesthetician.

    Benefits

    Reduces repetitive setup and maintenance tasks.
    Ensures commission consistency across all assigned locations.
    Simplifies onboarding when adding an Aesthetician to new locations.
    Minimizes configuration errors and missed commission assignments.

  8. I understand that I can go under reports and print off the individual provider reports, however those print offs are horrible! The clients' names are at the far right instead of the left. It makes what should be a quick glance a hassle.

  12. To edit settings for individual staff members you have to change them one at a time. Settings like Price, assignability and online book capabilities should be assignable in bulk. One at the time is very click heavy and time consuming.

  14. Ability to allow digital invoices to be sent to clients via email, SMS, or shareable links directly from Boulevard. Then clients can pay using cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and/or bank transfers. This would be similar to what Square offers.

  15. Ability for franchisees to create their own offers for their locations, with approval from corporate/franchisor.

    Ability for corporate to review offers active by location, by applicable type (service, product, etc.)

  19. Add the ability to create a new client directly from a text conversation in Messages. When creating the client, any available information from the message thread (such as name, phone number, email, and other identifiable details) should automatically populate the new client profile to reduce manual data entry and streamline lead conversion.

  20. Prebook Defaults to have the ability to enter more than 3 defaults, as we can have follow-ups as follows; 2wks, 4wks, 6wks, 8wks, 12wks, and 6mos. By having more multiple defaults it would make it easier for front desk prebooking.
