  2. On our own website's menu, we give full on descriptions with images of the service with "book now" buttons. We would like to have custom online booking links per service so that if someone is looking at a particular service on our own website, they can click "book now" and it takes them to Boulevard's online booking screen with the service pre-selected where they can choose their stylist and continue through the online booking process.

  3. If more information was presented on the popup for appts (and maybe only completed ones) then you wouldnt even have to go to the order to review for certain things.

    I would add a line item price next to each name (so one new column) and then show the gratuity on completed orders. Then you could quicky review a whole days orders without actually having to leave the calendar or frnot desk view.

    Another option would be having the "view order" go to a slide out, always on top screen like the new appointments/checkout. And i would reiterate my suggestion…

  4. When reviewing orders from the front desk or calendar, if you hit view order it goes to the order, then the only thing you can do is go "back to orders" which is just the master list and not where you came from.

    I have to then select the date and screen again. If ctrl+clicks were working on those buttons I could at least keep my place when navigating. (and for instance, ctrl+clicks work on the Front Desk, Calendar, Messages, etc top menu items)

  5. I just noticed that on the receipts it doesnt show the addons nor the addon prices.

    This makes it hard both for the client to keep track of what they paid for as well as for internal auditing on receipts. If a price is overridden of an addon. for instance a nail design addon changes price, it does not show the addon price, doesnt show anywhere for tracking that the price was changed.

    A client could look back at a service receipt and see a service which is higher priced than the menu and think they got overcharged.

  6. So that businesses can differentiate their locations' set up. It might not make sense for all locations in a chain to have the same lead times, tipping set up, tipping amounts. The ability to customize this per location would likely greatly benefit each location. This privilege could remain in admin level somehow to avoid location managers playing too much with the settings that could easily have large repercussions for service providers.

  7. When we switch from 15-min to 5-min intervals on the Calendar view, the view is too zoomed in. We would like to drag and drop the appointment into a 5-min interval with the 15-min default view.

  9. Change state of appointment in calendar view like front desk view. Currently, there are only "arrived" and "checkout" icons. A new icon for "active" would be helpful.

  10. On the Calendar view, the service name should be prioritized over client name in appointment blocks. Currently the client name is largest on the calendar view, and the service name is smaller underneath.

  12. Calendar Icons: for arrived, new client, etc. are all white icons and small. When appointments overlap and the first appointment is checked out, the icons are hidden on the next appointment (top right corner of appointment block).

    There is also no icon for "Active" appointment state.

  14. For example when there are 10 add-ons for each facial and we have 10 different facials I have to manually add each add on to each facial so either have them pre populate and just be able to check a box that we want them to be added or be able to create a group of "facial add-on's" to make adding them more efficient

  16. At this time, the add-ons and add-on categories must be individually added per service. We have many services with the same add-on services and we would like an easier way to toggle on/off rather than inputting manually.

  18. There's no way for stylists to receive these messages without checking their emails or viewing the web app. If there's not a notification for this we'd rather have this feature removed so clients aren't assuming we've received the message
