HIDE ALL
Rather than "Hide All" there should be the "only" display option. This will eliminate the issue of the names reloading, as the "Hide All" is so sensitive it does this 9 times out of 10 & is so frustrating!!!

Staff Performance to include service add-ons
For weekly staff performance review, businesses would like add-ons (number and percentages of add-ons + list of "type" of add-ons) to be included within the Staff Performance beta report.
Data on add-ons/service options helps to properly coach stylists.

Ability to triple book service provider online
Ability to have 1 service provider booked at the same block of time for three different services all in separate rooms. Today this is possible if scheduled by front desk staff, but client would like the ability to have it available for online booking as well. For example, service provider could be doing tattoo removal, laser hair, and lymphatic drainage and each appointment would start at the same time, but be in different rooms.

The defaults for each location's search function for clients from any view should be searching ONLY the clients of that location.
This would minimize erroneous booking of clients from other locations. If showing all clients, possibly a better UX would be the clients from the searching location be shown first, and a line break with bar "Clients below this line are from other locations" showing other matches from other locations, possibly slightly greyed out.

Apply custom tax to certain locations at the brand level
Right now, for larger multi-location businesses, we need to add a custom tax rate at the location level to the location requiring tax and then a custom tax rate of 0% to all other locations that do not require a tax. This gets extremely tedious when adding new products (particularly packages in which NY requires a tax) because all locations will have to have a custom tax rate applied for a single product.

Handling of multiple clients using the same phone number and/or email addresses could be better in contact center.
A problem of sending a message to one client under a profile is that it gets shown later as a different client or the wrong one. Would be great to show on dashboard that the message thread is with all three clients by showing all their names and denoting that these clients are using the same number.

Memberships need to be TOP of the list above Services
Memberships for those businesses that sell them are a HIGH priority sale. The online booking tool puts them at the bottom of the service list right now. They should be at the top so people can see that they can get a better deal on combining services into a membership. It's lost today at the bottom and we do not see any purchases for them.

When client books online, running the card on file should default to the most recently input card by the client or the one that works
Expired cards should not be automatically used, wasting checkout time. Also redundant cards should better be merged than shown as multiple entries for same card.

Mass Edit of "Bookable" button
When adding services a provider is able to be booked for, there needs to be an option for multiple or all services that are listed. As of now, when you go into the employee's profile, you have to individually select the service(s) they are bookable for. It is time consuming and sends the user back to the home page after only adding one bookable service. If the Salon is not able to do it them selves, then support must have the option to do so.

Dates on Page
When creating a schedule, it would be great visually for the manager to view the dates of the week while posting when you are no longer at the top of the page. It would also be very helpful to have the ability to have saved shifts as an option when creating shifts Ie. (example below)

Custom Commission report
a report that will allow users to adjust how the commission tiers are activated, in my salon our tiers are on gross income, not after the business charge is removed from teh total wages.

Outward Facing Display
Required by law in San Francisco for item name and price, and sale total to be displayed for the client durning every sale.

Account credit - Notify recipient
It would be helpful to have an email alert go out to a recipient when someone adds account credit to their client profile.
