  1. When editing an appointment from the calendar, the view goes back to today, not the day that the appointment was on. I believe it used to stay on the original day but now reverts back to today. This is very annoying when making notes on multiple appointments on a future day as you have to keep navigating back to the day in the future.

  4. We use packages to sell prepaid series on a single service but that does not gurantee that they will see the same provider and the comission is that of a service, so being able to set commsion amount as well as attach a service provder to it at checkout woudl be helpful.

    We have spent YEARs offering this to clients and it has become quite a headache now that we have blvd. I would love to be able to sell a package of 6 massages and not assign comission to the the whole lump of the sale but rather as…

  5. We have LED as an add-on to our facial services and it would be very beneficial to have that linked to where it blocks the resource column so that we do not overbook that resource.

  11. When more than one apt is charged together (ex. mom and son) with 2 separate stylists sometimes the guest puts the tip all on one person but wants it split. There is no way to do this without voiding and redoing. It would be nice to be able to edit the order without having to void and recharge.

  18. It would be really helpful to have the ability to send a specific client waiver to customers by text and to be able to use Zapier to create triggers and actions surrounding waivers.

    Example: If a new appointment is booked, a waiver can be texted to the person. When the waiver is filled out, a notification in slack pops up.

  19. I can't run a visa/salon gift card unless the customer knows how much is on the card. It would be nice if Boulevard could charge a gift card then show the remaining amount due. Right now, I have to "charge partial" to a gift card and enter an exact amount. This is difficult because a lot of clients don't know their gift card balances.

  20. As a nail salon, we created a lot of add-ons to minimize our list of services. It would be very helpful to be able to see the requested add-ons when clients are on the waitlist.

    Also, if add-ons could be customized for duration per staff too that would be amazing.
