  1. When typing a message to a client, we cannot make the first message into a "note" in the chat. Please allow us to make that first message a "note" instead of a message sent to the client! thanks!

  3. It could be more clear for our guests if we had control over the naming and arrangement of items on the Appointment Preference list. For instance, to sell our products, guests must first select either Individual or Group booking to then see a list of our available products. It's common that they mistakenly think we don't sell products online because they never get past the Appointment Preferences page, thinking that they're looking for something that they assume is categorically different.   4. When using the "new appointment" tool from the calendar page it would be very nice to have a keyboard only flow available. As it is now, I can type a client name, then use the arrows to choose their name, then tab to accept it. Then mouse to the services and click in the blank. Then type a service name, then mouse to click on the service name to select it. Then mouse to click on next service, and repeat.

    It would be great to have a flow where I can pick the name, service, provider, etc... by just tabbing…

  5. If I am searching for a client I can type jody smyth and get results for "Jodi Smith". Or I can search jo sm and get the same results. This is super hepful.

    When I am searching to book an appointment I have to type the exact match for a service. It would be great to have something a little more forgiving

  7. It would be nice to be able to add an emoji right next to the client's name on their profile. We have guests that cannot do stairs and we would like to be able to see that as soon as we enter their name in the appointment booking screen (we know we can add it and see it in the schedule). This would be helpful so we know to check the availability of the main floor treatment room right away, instead of after we have it scheduled and see the notification on the actual calendar schedule.

  12. It seems as though this is a concern for everyone to have an area where sales for the appointment can be logged. So I won't reiterate :)

    Presently I keep receipts for completed appointments in an appointment book. However, being able to eliminate the paper would be great.

  16. adding a summary of "Time Clocked In" - not hours scheduled - for performance reports over a date range

    It's helpful to know their clocked time as many providers come and go by appointment and receive an hourly wage in addition to commissions.

    having a filter available to add a "CLOCKED TIME" column would be great

  19. Need the ability to view employee schedule for entire month and add schedule for each employee. The current weekly view is a pain. Should be able to see an entire month so you know which days need filled for scheduling.

  20. Users currently don't have control. If a user wants to NOT do online booking but HAVE online GC purchasing, they cannot turn off Online Booking. This is a design flaw. Online GC's produced and emailed then have a "BOOK APPT ONLINE" option...but it shouldn't!! This gives clients a work around from our booking process that causes us time and headaches. Please decouple online gc widget from online booking!
