  1. Must have a liability report to track outstanding prepaid units like we do other liabilities such as gift cards, account balances and vouchers. This is critical to running a business that has prepaid services so that liabilities can be properly accounted for.

  7. BLVD should never advertise me as fully booked when I am not. Many people go online to see what is available before calling. The lead time appointments , those that are in the set up time should be greyed out and show as call to book. You will make thousands more dollars this way. We have been doing this for 10 years...we know.

  18. Please add that you cannot stack promo codes. We need a toggle. Premium buisness need to be able to limit discounts to one. I saw your adding some promo ideas, add this too!!

  19. There should be a window where you can see ALL of the active services for the location from the EMPLOYEE view, and easily toggle on "ONLINE BOOKING" on and off. It is difficult to go into EACH service under the employee and then click online booking on or off. Too many steps, hard to have one simple view of what can and can't be booked online for each employee.

  20. The rewards is pretty basic, bare bones. It would be nice to configure based on specific categories and products. Our current rewards program allows points to accrue for retail ONLY. Packages are apart of "products" in the system and we don't want patients accruing points for package purchases. Would be cool if there was a way to have days that accrue more points then others -- like double points days.
