Reminders with Appointment Changes
The appointment reminders need to make sure to reflect the CURRENT appointment day and time. We have had several clients come in at the original appointment day or time, though it was changed in the system, the reminder that got sent to them was for the prior day/time instead of the changed time. This is a BIG issue for our time and theirs. PLEASE fix sooner than later! Thank you.

Allow returning clients to log in when booking
The "boulevard booking" option allows clients to book appointments without actually logging in- this is causing our salon to run over on clients because we have some of them saved as 45 minute hair cut accommodations. When they use this booking option it bypasses their accommodation and books them at a shorter time than needed

Online Booking Easier for New Guests and Remove Redundancy
Recently, there have been updates to the online booking process for new clients, and it seems to be causing difficulties. Many clients have reached out to us via text because they found the steps involved in the booking process cumbersome.
Firstly, clients are required to enter their email before they can see available appointment times for a service. However, they are then prompted to enter their email again if they want to complete the booking. Allow products to be entered into the checkout window without being shown on the clients receipt
Ability to add products into the checkout window to account for inventory without it showing on the client's receipt. Example, adding needles, tubes, etc. for injection services into the checkout window so that the inventory will automatically adjust but the client won't see that on their receipt.

Widen columns in calendar view
It'd be really helpful if businesses were able to manually widen a service provider's column on the calendar page. This is especially useful for salons/spas with lots of service providers and making the Calendar view look less cramped.

Move the New Sale Button back to the far right of the screen
If I remember correctly, the "New Sale" button was at the far right of the sales screen. It moved to a more central location when I logged in this morning. For consistency with the "new appointment" button, it should be moved to the far right of the screen. I also preferred the blue color as it made it easier to find, now it kind of blends in with the surroundings.

Bring Product accommodations to the dashboard
Currently, you're unable to set a permanent discount for a client for products like you can for services. It would make legacy pricing for injection based services possible if this was added to the platform!

Indefinite recurrances.
For recurring appts, like weekly blowouts or 3 week mens cuts, giving the option to book indefinitely and keep them on the same time in perpetuity is really helpful with the system we swapped from. Please consider it.

Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)

Tab for Labs in the note section
In the note area there are small tabs- Allergies and medications and a note section. Adding a lab tab would be very helpful. Right now we are adding to the note section

A method of perusing what appointments have been rescheduled by date and service provider.
I love the cancellation page. At current to my knowledge there is no way to easily answer the question “who was scheduled at 3pm and then rescheduled?” A searchable method to find clients who moved based on original appointment date, service provider would allow better managing and analysis of movements and whether any actions are needed.
