  2. It would be helpful if the email marketing area had the ability to store uploaded images. It is time consuming to have to upload artwork each time.

  3. It'd be really helpful if businesses were able to manually widen a service provider's column on the calendar page. This is especially useful for salons/spas with lots of service providers and making the Calendar view look less cramped.

  5. If I remember correctly, the "New Sale" button was at the far right of the sales screen. It moved to a more central location when I logged in this morning. For consistency with the "new appointment" button, it should be moved to the far right of the screen. I also preferred the blue color as it made it easier to find, now it kind of blends in with the surroundings.

  7. Currently, you're unable to set a permanent discount for a client for products like you can for services. It would make legacy pricing for injection based services possible if this was added to the platform!

  10. For recurring appts, like weekly blowouts or 3 week mens cuts, giving the option to book indefinitely and keep them on the same time in perpetuity is really helpful with the system we swapped from. Please consider it.

  11. We use Google Tag Manager in addition to Google Analytics your documentation didn't quite work.

    We think we figured out a work-around but haven't tested it robustly yet.

    We adjusted your documentation for our internal use, and shared a version of it at this link for you. It is just a draft -- so it may or may not be of use to your devs, but I thought I would pass it along

  12. Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)
    - show gift cards sales totals
    - show gift card card values and discounts
    - show if cards purchased online or retail with ability to filter by dates

  13. In the note area there are small tabs- Allergies and medications and a note section. Adding a lab tab would be very helpful. Right now we are adding to the note section

  14. I love the cancellation page. At current to my knowledge there is no way to easily answer the question “who was scheduled at 3pm and then rescheduled?” A searchable method to find clients who moved based on original appointment date, service provider would allow better managing and analysis of movements and whether any actions are needed.

  15. So many salons and spa offer intro packages or treatments, and there doesn't seem to be a way to make that an actual one time use. For instance, we offer a 3 pack of sessions at a discounted rate, but anyone can buy those services as many times as they want. There should be a way that we can offer this and once its been used by a client they are no longer eligible to use, that way it doesn't create more work for back of house running reports to see who is abusing this price point and option.

  17. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.
