Go back to the old way of checking out clients
The new way of checking out clients has too many unnecessary steps. The old way worked better and was more efficient for both the clients and the stylists. The tip should go back to being asked before the payment because everyone asks if they can tip and I have to explain every time that is if after you pay. Also we should only have one step that you have to "confirm" the payment. Right now they have to press continue and then later confirm . The continue steps is unessascary and just makes the check out process too long.

Duo app check in require form completion
When clients have forms to fill out upon arrival, they check in which notifies the service provider they have arrived but then have to fill out the forms. Our stylists are going to get them before they have barely even touched the form. I think this would be easily avoided if they were not marked as checked in until after their forms have been completed.

Profile Assignment
The business would like the ability to have one profile with multiple users as they only have one computer and said it is not realistic that each person sign out and then sign in when checking a client out.

Loyalty program tiers
Would love to have tiers available to reward our most loyal clients even more - i.e. once you've earned 1,000 points within the year, you earn an extra 0.5 points per dollar spent.

Loyalty program for members
It would be nice if we can offer our members an additional perk from the loyalty program, since they are also loyal to us as members. The ability to differentiate points earned and/or redeemed for members vs. non-members would be great (i.e. members earn 2 points for ever $1 spent, non-members earn 1 point).
ALSO, would love to reward our members for just being members! For example, after their first 3 membership payments, they automatically get their next month free.

For example, at the end of the day running a report that shows how many future appointments were scheduled that day.

Waitlisted Client Prompting
When a client is booked directly from the waitlist, it would be helpful if Boulevard would add a pop-up or prompt to confirm the client can be removed from the waitlist and once selecting "yes" client is removed from the waitlist immediately. Rather than providers having to book and then manually remove them.

Downloaded reports have usable data
Downloading to a *.csv file results in unexplainable date formats that are not readable for graphing our analysis like Code Interpreter such as spitting out a date in this format: 2022-11-30T00:00:00
Why would BLVD just export it as a normal date? This is the case for numbers too. Almost every other report I download to analyze requires converting downloaded numbers into numbers because BLVD default is downloading them as "text". These are extra steps and burdensome to small business owners who should expect numbers to be downloaded as numbers and dates downloaded as usable date formats.

Cost of Service Reporting
Add the ability to report on cost of services within the commission reporting. Including when unit based pricing is involved so commission can be accurately reported based on net revenue, not gross, as this can vary wildly depending on the service provided and number of units used.

Improve Communication with Convertkit Integration
It would be fantastic if blvd can categorize specific tags so that convertkit can then import these tags into their corresponding automations via the integration. For example if a client wants joins our membership and is tagged with a member tag then for that info to be shared via the convertkit integration and be able to identify that specific tag so that they can get put into the proper funnel.
