We have some services that are virtual. I'd love to be able to turn off notifications or customize them so they dont get a reminder with an address attached!

Fixed Date Range for Consent Forms
As a medical practice - it can allow the patient to edit the date at which consents are signed. It should be time stamped for legal reasons and should not be editable.

Online Booking and Pre-purchases for client
Clients are SO confused with online booking and being able to pre-purchase services online. What needs to be fixed:
- Remove individual appt vs group appt - it is too many steps for the client
- Be able to hyperlink directly to the service and/or category to link to socials and our website links.

Customizable commission rate for cancellation fees
Example: We have nurse and esthetician, a nurse would make around 10-13% because their service prices are higher (injectable, laser) a facialist has a higher commission rate because their service is average $120-$200. I would want to customize the nurse to receive more than 10% on a commission fee.

Would like to have the option to enable New Booking Notifications for Staff Members that are not Service Providers or Business Admins.

Change the Text Language of Booking and Reminders
Change the Text Language - Guests are coming in a day early because the language used in the booking and reminder texts is confusing them.
"Free cancellation or modification before Thu, Mar 28, 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."
We had 3 people in today come in alone. Happens A LOT. I think this is an unintended consequence.

Add ons for IV Therapy
When adding "add on's" especially for IV Therapy, I need to simply add injectables to a base appt. time slot, not separate appts slots. The scheduler gets unnecessarily convoluted.

Text Message File and Client Notes File Downloads. It's needed to respond to Disputes
I have to screenshot text messages and client notes to respond to disputes. So if it's possibe to download the information it would be better and easier to attach all the documents needed to properly dispute the charge backs.
