  1. I would like to see the customer's orders and appointment history all in one place as an option, essentially a list of ALL credit card transactions from that client in a chronological list. Example: a customer is confused about how many membership vouchers they have paid for vs. redeemed - a chronological list of the charges and redemption appointments in once place would be a really easy way to sort out their account.

  3. I would like to disable the settings gear icon in the reception app to prevent someone from accidentally signing out of the app or changing the settings.

    If I block it with guided access, it then blocks the bottom key [123] on the keyboard so they aren't able to type a phone number in to check in.

    Moving the gear icon to another area of the screen, or moving settings to the settings in control panel would fix this.

  4. If a monthly membership payment doesn't go through Boulevard continues to attempt to charge the client which often results in multiple charges going through at once well past the original month. Since the charge didn't go through in say january, the client didn't receive or use the vouchers and they're no longer needed.

    It would be great if, when the charge doesn't go through after 2-3 attempts, the month would be skipped and not attempted again until the following month at which time it would only try to charge for the current month (not the previous month as time has…

  7. Currently able to make appointments repeat at the time of booking by clicking Edit details before confirming the appointment. Once the appointment is confirmed there's no option to make it repeat

  12. When pulling report for sick time or vaction time accural, blocked personal time should not show in hours scheduled. According to state law, even if a stylist is not booked, but was in the breakroom waiting for a client or available for appointments, they are technically "on the clock" and should be accruing hours. I would love a way to have blocked time (when they are not on property) to not be counted in scheduled time when I pull the week priors reports.

  14. It would really be great for manager goal meetings if we had a report that could show a break down for sales categories for each individual service provider. Example: "You are selling a ton of Kerastase but not really selling much in Oribe, why is that?" OR " You have not sold any styling tools this year compared to last year, why not?"

  15. Like a costco card. Membership for a year is X dollars and X number or services or each service is X amount discounted. For instance = $150 yearly membership - get 20$ off massages, 10% off products, etc etc etc

  16. The Facial bar would like the ability to not only see service count/revenue by category. But also the ability to see service count/revenue by individual service. For example: They are interested in seeing how much revenue they have received from one specific service that is on their menu.

  19. Staff needs to see client detail alerts when clients check in/during their service to serve as reminders for client preferences, product purchases/needs -- if it's not prompted, the staff won't do it
