  3. If the receptionist were to book a client when we are closed or that stylist is off, there should be a pop-up to let us know that the stylist isn't available.

  7. You can not edit notes on the waitlist if the date a client requested is in the past. Sometimes our staff misses these requests or a client will request to come in a day we are closed. Our salon likes to write notes such as, "Left Voicemail 12/01" but if a client requests to come in on Sunday (when we are closed) & you do not notice until Monday you cannot add a note that you "left a voicemail" since the requested appointment time is now in the past. This use to not be an issue. I would LOVE if…

  9. When offering a discount to a client, the only option the system allows is for the employee's commission to be adjusted along with the discount instead of the company absorbing the cost.

  10. Why doesn't it allow us to immediately add the quantity of the the new item while entering all the other info. It becomes a lengthy process to leave that screen completely just to add the quantity.

  11. It would be great to have a record of all appointments even if they are rescheduled on our or their end. This could be done by keeping a record of alerts, reminders, and other messages sent to the client in the "messages" section of the clients record.

  18. Currently, when a new client books online, only 60 minutes is allotted to them. If they have dense, long, or very thick hair, 60 minutes is not enough time to accommodate them. It would be nice if stylists had the option of allotting 90 minutes to any new client who books with them.

  19. Other salon software allows warnings or lockouts to prevent staff from clocking in too early for shift or from lunches. Adding this option and helping Boulevard businesses more options to follow labor law will help immensely.
