  1. to confirm an appointment the trigger should be something unique like "C". We have conversations with people and they use the word "Yes" often and get the auto text thanking them for confirming. Like - "do you want to cancel both appointments Michelle" ---"Yes" --- "Thank you you are confirmed"

  2. I would like to see the ability to limit offers to smaller segments of the audience using more filters. It would also be great to have expiration dates for offers, that way we don't have to remember to delete them when they are done.

    As of today, all clients can view their upcoming and past appointment information by selecting "All Appointments" at the top of their Appointment Details page (accessible via booking and reminder emails). It's not in an app yet, so we'll leave this as waitlisted, but clients can access the information from their browser. Learn more here.

  13. Thank you for updating Boulevard so that the different kinds of appointments can be different colors! It's a huge upgrade.

    I would ask that you have consistency to the color changing afterwards... a simple lighter version of the color would be nice. But to change the tone of the color all together is confusing.

    I like to think I am speaking for other very visual creatives on this

  15. Ideally, the business can add a tag or button that lives in every booking process. Once the client details and services are entered and confirmed, the operator (and online) will select one of the following boxes:

    • Salon Request (Any Stylist)
    • Stylist Request (New)
    • Stylist Request (Repeat)

    Generate all this data into a report - allows businesses to track how clients are coming into the salon. The report should include % of existing guests retained and % of new guests retained.   20. It would be nice to be able to set resources to not show on the calendar view. For example: a set of hot stones, we don't need to see if they are available on the calendar, but we don't want to double book them.
