Be able to run a report showing how many sessions are remaining on clients
When our clients purchase a package of 10 sessions and only use 6 - it would be nice to easily run a report on that specific session type to what clients have what left.

Move Pop Up Box for Group Sale
When you try to drag another client onto the check-out box of a client to do a group sale,the pop-up box covers the list of clients in ACTIVE. Please move where the pop up box is located so we can drag the 2nd client over.

Gift card should be default payment when available on clients account.
In the checkout, you would never know if someone had a giftcard balance unless they mention it. If they want to use it, having to go into their profile and copy/paste back to the check-out screen is time-consuming.

Liability Reports for Prepaid Units
Must have a liability report to track outstanding prepaid units like we do other liabilities such as gift cards, account balances and vouchers. This is critical to running a business that has prepaid services so that liabilities can be properly accounted for.

No product tax
to be able to have an option for no tax for products, we do have many tax exempt guests that come to our location that are tax exempt and we are unable to properly ring up a product without tax

Ability to book multiple appointment for same client (not recurring) without having to search name each time
If I'm booking more than one appointment (but not necessarily a recurring), I have to SEARCH on the client name each time and select. It would be great if the system remembered or asked if I wanted to book ANOTHER appointment for same client.

Online service menu order Reflected in back of house
The order of the services in the service menu is customizeable for what the clients see in online booking but it seems to be all over the board and not able to be customized in mangement view. Not even alphabetical. So when editing/adding services it becomes very confusing.
