Email notification when a client books online
It would be amazing if the Manager/Salon received an email notification when a client books an appointment online so whomever is managing the salon and schedule can keep on top of when an appointment is booked online when they are not currently open/at the salon with the dashboard open to see the bell notice. Currently only the provider is notified which doesn't help management with ensuring schedules are correct and all information needed from the client is collected before their appointment if client books online outside of working hours. See used voucher names in order info
It would be really helpful if we could see the name/SKU of vouchers used in orders. We have a few different memberships and also often award promotional vouchers and being able to quickly see which exact vouchers were used at which appts/which orders would be helpful.

Photos to open in the browser
All the before pictures I take are saved in the profile, but to open them they open in individual browser tabs instead of opening as a pop-up within the exist browser. It would also be nice to have a little thumbnail that shows the photo before I click on it.

Not have just a credit card option for free services (such as corrections).
Not have just a credit card option for free services (such as corrections). We have to change the amount and then go to "Other" to close out the ticket. Also, even if the service were free not everyone wants to pay a tip by credit card, which is all this options currently provides.

Integrate with MYA! They are a matching system where your stylists and clients both take a quiz and it provides clients with 3 matches that would best suit them! It's been amazing at the salon so far. Our clients LOVE IT and the stylists are able to reach their ideal clientele with it

Limits on Group Appointments
I'd love the option to still offer group appointments for online booking, but only for groups of 2-3.
Right now we will sometimes get larger groups 4/5/6+ booking online which not only gets complicated, but we also have a separate process internally for larger groups.

Check in/out question about where clients heard about us
If there could be a question at check in/check out with options to select how clients found us then we could better track what methods of advertising are working the most efficiently.

Visibility of confirmation through appointment details
The business would find it helpful to have the status of the appointment visible within the appointment details section rather then only through the satellite icon.

Inventory on hand by selected dates.
Inventory on hand only allows you to see what is current. I need to see what was on hand dec 31st for taxes. I currently can't pick a range of dates to see what the inventory was during that time span.

allow locations to unsubscribe from booking/cancellation notifications if they choose
Our studio inboxes get clogged up with Boulevard cancellation/booking notifications from each client; there should be an option to unsubscribe from those

have a guide as to what causes errors when making large edits to an appointment
When editing an appointment to change a combinations of service, provider, or resource the edits often result in an error, and then having to start over.
You can usually only edit one or two details before having to save/close, reopen, and continue editing (minimum of 5 clicks to not send email and get back to editing). It would be nice to have a guide to what combinations of edits cause the errors, or to not have errors to start with.

Don't allow scrolling to adjust values
When adjusting inventory quantities, service times, etc... The scroll wheel can adjust the amount if the cursor is over the entry box/line. This can often result in some crazy data if you aren't very careful about where the mouse is.
I could be in the minority but I have never used the mouse to adjust these amounts, and I don't see much of a use case where it is beneficial.
I have, however, messed up my data multiple times with this being an option. Real life scenario: clicking on a box to enter an inventory number, entering it, then scrolling…

New vs Returning client revenue report
A report that will show the numbers of New clients versus Returning Clients in a number not percentage and to view the revenue for each separate group.

Help chat notification indicator of unreads on Avatar badge at top right of dashboard
For those responses that occur after a while, there is little notice that there could be a response waiting unless the user goes into check.
