Remove employee access but keeping their past clients on books
Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

Agreed! It makes no sense to have the past appointments drop off the calendar when the service provider is terminated. This needs to be corrected.

if a staff member has left, all the past bookings are no longer available on the calendar. please allow for all past information to be accessible. when a specific client returns, but has only ever seen a staff member that is no longer available, we lose access to calendar-only info, like the duration of their appointment, which is still helpful after the appointment is completed.

This also makes it hard to figure out a history for group appointments when one person's calendar is missing.
