  1. I would love more discount options. We are not a discount model but Jan and Feb are always slow and we run our best discounts then. It is a great time to mee new clients, much like a gift cert....pls let us encourage customers to bring a friend for less!

  2. It would be helpful if Blvd could update the forms and charts to accurately reflect the true status of a client's signature. Currently, when a client doesn't sign a document, it still appears as "Completed" on their profile, which can be misleading. To prevent this confusion, I suggest that if a form or chart is not signed by the client, it should not be labeled as "Completed." Instead, it should show as "Pending" or another more accurate status to avoid any misunderstanding. This would help ensure the accuracy of information and reduce potential errors.

  3. A message was added to an appointment and as overlooked and client thought they were ignored. Would like notifications to the provider when an appointment message is left during online booking

  5. Allow a specific date to be set for a voucher expiration instead of just a specific number of months or years. Still keep that as an option, but also add in the ability to choose a specific date. This way, you don't have to add to a profile or have a client purchase and then go to each profile and manually update the expiration date.

  6. There should be an option to add a modifier to the persons request of service on the waitlist. This is helpful due to some modifiers being linked to time wanted for service (i.e. a modifier/addon that adds 15 mins to a service time)

  9. limit the ability for services to be booked by only specific clients, such as clients who have a membership. Some of our services are for members only and we do not offer them to non-members. However, currently either anyone can book the service online or none of our members can book the service online.

  11. When in the calendar view, if I click "todays date" to schedule an appointment on a different day, it ALWAYS jumps and cuts off the first week of the next month. It is so frustrating. You have to click on a random later date in the month and then click it again to reach the beginning weeks of the new month.

  14. When a number isn't in the system under a profile it shows in messages as "unknown". Sometimes we end up creating a profile for the person. It would be super helpful to be able to create a profile right from the messages. As it is, we need to go to the clients tab, create a new client, and then manually copy the phone number from the messages tab (You can't even select to copy and paste the number)

  16. We have providers that work all day, but are only available for telehealth half of the day, and in-clinic the other half. Right now, in order to correctly display their schedule online, I had to create 2 separate accounts for the same provider in order to attach them to the correct "resource." I would like to be able to have one account reflect their schedule.

  17. We wish to be able to set an order that the client fills out multiple forms. For example, first, they see "new client intake" then they see "medical history" and then HIPAA, and then photo consent.

  18. There is the existing ability to add a link to forms, cancellation policy to automated client comms, but there are other custom links that may be useful for clients, specific to the business.

  20. The client history tab need big improvements! Most obvious are:

    1) Group same day appointments together so that we can easily see what was done the same day AND at what time without clicking to open the appointment.

    2) There should be a way to get to Appointment History or Order History without having to scroll. Some of our clients have hundreds of past appointments so getting to their order history is a pain. Perhaps just make orders a separate tab?

    3) Opening an appointment or order should not take you away from the client profile. We often have to…
