  3. For those of us using Offset, it would be great to add a line item to the sales section of the daily reports, so we can see how much of the credit card fees were "offset" by the feature.

  6. When adding a client tag in the account screen you sometimes have to scroll down to see the button to add the tag. It would be nice if this was just below the contact information so scrolling wasn't necessary. A quality of life improvement.

  8. Adding a message client button on the client file. When I need to contact a client I click on their appointment and the popup bar shows the phone number, option to cancel or reschedule, etc. An option to message them directly from there would be so helpful, instead of having to go to do all the extra steps to messages and pull up the name and then message.

  10. New front desk person closed out a future appointment of a customer rather than their appointment for that day. Paid with voucher. A warning that it wasn't an appt for today would have alerted.

  11. Salons have the option to set up an automated message for clients birthdays/important dates. Boulevard notifies salon staff if a client is coming in on the day of or close to their birthday/important date.

  15. Recurring blocks should have how often they repeat noted on them. Also, the ability to create recurring blocks should allow for specific dates. Ex: a block is placed on the first Tuesday of the month. Instead of a block recurring every 4 weeks, there should be an option for the block to repeat on the first Tuesday of every month following.

  16. We have to double check every checkout to ensure they dont have accound credits from booking online. The deposit paid should AUTOMATICALLY go toward the appointment booked. When appointments are cancelled, we should have the option to refund or not refund the appointment payment/deposit.

  18. Require an item (or more) in one's cart for an Offer to apply to another item in the same cart.

    Example: Buy one blowout, get faux lashes for free. The code should not be applicable to the faux lash application unless a blowout is also in the cart.
