Edit cart - online booking
I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!

The booking flow is hard to use...people really cannot figure out how to get things in and out of the cart...the issue is it is too sleek. Older populations have issues with understanding EVERYthing is clickable. They are not really going to catch up. Pls make it clearer.

Yes, this is so silly to have to click the selection to be able to remove from the cart -- how frustrating and counterintuitive! I just joined Blvd and my onboarding specialist had to show me how to remove it. I could see a client getting frustrated and not booking an appointment. There should be a little red delete button on the right side of the appointment to remove it. Please work on this as soon as possible!

Our clients often get excited when booking and tell their friends. Then their friends want to join and it changes which service they book. We've gotten multiple complaints about not being able to figure out how to remove things from their cart so they can change the service they're booking.

This part is the most unfriendly part of the user experience and creates so much frustration. Please fix!

clients get stuck in a frustrating circular dead end when booking if they want to change selections because the don't know that they have to click on the item and remove it from the cart. please add a trash can icon so that it is more obvious that they need to remove the item from the cart. this would make the online booking experience so much better for the clients.

A back button may help some users navigate the cart page better if they want to return to the previous menu. The 'Add More' button may not apply to those who want to change their original selection.
