It would be helpful to have the ability to put a number of uses per client for a promo code, as well as add an expiration date for the codes.

100% off button when discounting
We are constantly discounting our services to zero because they were purchased on Groupon or Classpass. It would be great to have a 100% button - right now the buttons only go to 50%

Confirmation Message on screen when client cancels appointment online
When a client cancels their appointment online, it does not show an immediate confirmation when you select the cancel button. When you go back to the original booking email and click manage appointment it pops up as cancelled. People have been calling to confirm cancellation of an apt so . I thought I would check in. Also, a reschedule option would be nice so they don't have to start all the way over on our website.

Cannot differentiate between two clients with the same name on app
Customer asks: add phone # alongside name
When you are booking an appointment through the app on your phone and you type in the client name, sometimes 2 or 3 of the same name comes up. Its a crap shoot which is yours. It would be greatly appreciated if there was a phone number listed right next to the name to determine which one is your client. You have to fully book the client before you can see if you picked the correct client. If it is not, the incorrect client just received an email for an appt they did…

More Overt Labeling for Group Appts on Calendar
The notifications for group bookings continue to be too subtle to notice on the calendar when glancing at the day's appointments. More overt color coding or icons would be incredibly helpful.

Ability to identify WHO created a client account or changed information on it.
We would like a better ability to identify which of our front desk staff are making errors with name spelling, email addresses, phone number errors. And fire those that are incompetent and causing the business stress. But without this feature it is quite difficult to determine "who" are making mistakes.
Right now we are using a loose assumption of when a record was made by looking at when the appointment was booked and who was working at that time. This assumes that the person working front desk did it and also that the record was kept the same since its…

Name attached to all gift cards
When you make a gift card in Boulevard it would be nice to have a field where you can attach the recipient's name so staff could look it up that way. It would also add another layer of security for the buyer and recipient.

Be able to group appointments after they are booked but before appointment date.
Use case: making appointment 3 days from now that involves four clients, 1 will pay for all. To smooth things over, right now it is notes notes notes on every appointment, maybe tags or client alerts too to make receptionist remember to do this, but they might miss all of that, especially because it's a rowdy group coming in. And worst the one who is paying might be the last to be done and the others might pay individually on accident not knowing it is a gift.

Mark staff as sick
In the time clock it would be nice to have the ability to mark staff as sick for a particular day as a way to track it for sick leave hours

allow finished appointment times to be moved on the schedule
When fixing an appointment to checkout, if you remove a service and add it without resetting the appointment time you can unintentionally block off times that could be booked online. It would be nice to be able to unblock that time without voiding.

Choose what you get notified with.
I want to get notified when we recieve a message from a guest, but I don't want to get notified every time some cancels. My email is blowing up, unnecessarily, and I can't turn it off unless I also turn off the one I really need to recieve.

BUG REPORT: Calendar no longer goes back to original day when editing an appointment
When editing an appointment from the calendar, the view goes back to today, not the day that the appointment was on. I believe it used to stay on the original day but now reverts back to today. This is very annoying when making notes on multiple appointments on a future day as you have to keep navigating back to the day in the future.

Imagine this: famous actors Kevin Spacey and Tim Allen star in Boulevard's first original movie as Carlos and Jerry Boulevard, brothers and founders of renowned website boulevard.io. The film can only be described as a post-apocalyptic romantic comedy, and will loosely follow the timeless tale of Carlos and Jerry's rise to stardom, their eventual falling out, and their ultimate reconciliation. If executed properly this idea could be huge for Boulevard as a whole and could comepletely shake up the film industry. Let me know if you decide to go forward with this idea.

Client option to select, "I've been to this salon before..."
"...please locate my account and merge my profiles. I acknowledge that the information on the profile I'm creating now will be used as the defaults going forward once a human goes over this and combines the profiles." Where as some notification or email or report indicates to a manager that this client wants a merge.
This would potentially greatly help with getting our databases cleaned up. Not sure how cluttered other salons are with redundant clients, but this is a constant issue for ours and requires a lot of manual work. It is with hopes that some type of automated…

When viewing reports in regular or Beta make the top like that defines each column lock in place so you can see what each column as you scroll

Covid Vaccine Confirmation Button
A lot of states are requiring vaccines to remove masks. We plan to confirm that and it would be nice to have a little check box in the client profile that we see knowing if the person is vaccinated.
