  3. We should be able to customize which reports staff can see. It is all or nothing currently. Staff shouldn't see company info or each others info.

  6. We have a client who repied STOP to our confirmation texts. She now receives no notifications of appointments. We need some way to identify this in our schedule so we can call her to confirm her appointments.

    Can there be an automatic flag or emoji assigned for clients who have turned off/opted out of confirmations?

  7. When clients or receptionists need to put someone on the waitlist, make it available to put them on the waitlist for weeks at a time for any openings that come up besides same day.

  10. What happened to the ability for the Medical Director to enter a note into a chart this is reviewed? It didn't work in the past, but now it's completely absent. I think it's important to be able to make a note if there is an issue or complication.

  13. We would like to see better charting options such as the ability to enlarge photo comparisons, do side by sides with a slideshow. We would also love to be able to have the charting say the product that we are charting and not just a number

  14. We need to see all appointment adjustments from the appointment details section, such as when the service, service duration, or resource is changed, not only if it was rescheduled.

    (EX. Jane Doe changed the service from ABC to XYZ, or Jane Doe shortened the appointment from 1 hour to 45 minutes)

  16. limit the ability for services to be booked by only specific clients, such as clients who have a membership. Some of our services are for members only and we do not offer them to non-members. However, currently either anyone can book the service online or none of our members can book the service online.

  18. When we update a service on client's appointment, it doesn't automatically update the resource that's associated with the appointment. It should be linked so that it auto-populates when the new service is selected to avoid any issues.

  20. It would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the capability to modify the price of a current membership. We run deals all the time that change the price of current members and our previous solution allowed us to discount their membership price for x amount of months or change the price all together.
