Create a way for a provider to sign a form and then send to patient to "sign off" on like the Good Faith exam. Also enable review of forms signed on patient portal.

Teams currently have to track any follow ups that may be needed outside of BLVD. This would be for post treatment check-ins, pause lifts, or other relevant client follow up they have to do. (Mindbody has contact logs)

An email that gets sent to new clients after their first visit.
This email would thank them for choosing our salon with CTA to review and book their next appointment (if not already done). This email should also include their personalized referral link. This email should also include cross-promotions that are offered within the other departments in the salon. (e.g after a color appointment, skin or head spa services)

I would like to see the amount of future bookings by service. For example, we have a goal to achieve a certain amount of facials in a month. It would be nice to see how many have already been booked for the upcoming month.

Duo connects to ipad/phone
Duo needs to be able to connect to Professional app/Ipad/Phone. It would be one less step. ALSO, if computer goes down the DUO is pointless!!! Vagaro lets you checkout on ANY device through the main app! So much more streamlined.

Pull information from profile for intake form
When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

Stylists need to receive text or email notifications whenever a client changes their appointment.
Add it onto the list of notifications that stylists are able to choose from. The only option now is if a client books a new appointment or cancels.

Creating a notification to let clients know they have missed their scheduled appointment
It would be helpful to create a notification automatically sent to clients that lets them know theyve missed their appointment time. For example; if a client is scheduled at 10:30am, they get a notification at 10:35 they are late for their appointment. I feel as though it would help keep clients accountable with their appointment management if they are going to no show an appointment and would give us one more point of contact to present if they say they weren't aware of their appointment

Improve Signature and Date Entry on Forms
We've noticed that the current signature and date entry fields on patient forms are not very user friendly, especially for our older clientele. Many patients struggle because:
- the buttons and options are small and hard to see/read
- there are multiple steps/buttons, which makes the process confusing especially for the signature part.it would be helpful if the signature/date section could be simplified and made more accessible - for example, large buttons, clearer instructions, and a more streamlined entry process. this would improve patient experience (many of them get frustrated and upset) and reduce time spent assisting clients with.…

Customize which services can be included in group appointments or individual appointments
You should be able to customize which things show up in "Individual Appointments" and "Group Appointments" For instance, for something like couples massage I do not want to show up in individual appointments...but I can't customize that

Put not started charts under the "forms and charts" tab so that we can access it easily instead of having to click into the "view appt"
This prevents the extra steps to get into the chart when we are looking at the gallery and then having to chart from that page.

Idea: Allow the ability to update pricing on existing memberships without having to create a new one each time.
Description:
Currently, updating the price of a membership requires creating a brand new membership plan. It would be much more efficient if we could simply modify the pricing of existing memberships. This would save time, reduce errors, and streamline membership management.7 votes
