  2. We have a need for a report that shows sales detail (service/product/tip) including payment type (cash/card/check) that can be filtered by stylist. We pay out renters according to how the salon took payment for their clients and right now it is a tedious process to pull and cross reference multiple reports.

  6. Since moving to BLVD about 6 months ago, our cancellation rate has increased by a multiple of 4. The "easy out" 1 click cancel button included in appointment reminders allows the client to cancel without a conversation that would typically lead to a reschedule or would at least let us offer to reschedule. The way it is now makes cancellation "too convenient" without talking to anyone. If we could toggle this function/button on or off it would let us compare cancellation rates with and without it.

  18. The rewards is pretty basic, bare bones. It would be nice to configure based on specific categories and products. Our current rewards program allows points to accrue for retail ONLY. Packages are apart of "products" in the system and we don't want patients accruing points for package purchases. Would be cool if there was a way to have days that accrue more points then others -- like double points days.

  19. Staff currently cannot clock in outside of their set schedule. I request the ability to allow staff to click in outside of set schedule. Often staff have schedule adjustments that are not captured in the admin-level schedule, and it creates more work for the admin when they need a manual time clock entry.

  20. When a client no-shows and gets charged, the appointment should gray out on the book, not fall off completely. Also, there needs to be something that says no show.
