  2. "All locations" can be selected as a staff member's assigned locations as well in a form or chart's settings. When a new location is added to the dashboard, though, each of these areas have to be updated to include it. It would be more efficient overall if the "All locations" checkbox considered future locations after it's been set.

  3. I know Shopify is an integration, but having native online capabilities would be nice instead of having to build an entire Shopify website to sell products online. I know you can technically make products available to sell online via the booking widget, but that is not really a great option. Maybe having a easy online page that would sync with your created products that would look professional.

  5. Some offers have virtually the same rules but different code name or eligible locations for tracking and would love to be able to duplicate an existing code rather than creating a brand new one

  8. We would like our staff to be able to view tips. I know its under one of the privileges for VIEW SALES but we don't want them to also have access to the register view and Gift Card list

  9. Please add the Client (Patient) name to all sheets when a form or chart is printed with page numbers. This is normal practice for medical offices. It helps to insure HIPAA compliance. Thank you.

  11. Incase of a mistake of a staff member completing the Chart in another staff member’s dashboard, it would be nice to be able to change the name of the staff member that competed the Chart.

  13. Since we are charged for multiple segments if the message is over 160 characters, there should be a character count on the messages so we can be aware of how many of our allotted messages we are using at a time.

  14. "bypass review forms" privilege and feature should present a "skip" option to staff allowed to bypass rather than just removing the "submit and review" button altogether.

  15. Be able block certain hours on the schedule so that people that are online scheduling can only book in those times if they are new clients, or members, etc.

  20. We have recently had multiple instances where someone books a group appointment, then cancels via their portal/email link. The problem is this often leaves the other party/parties in the schedule with no indication to us that it wasn't intentionally left, and no indication that the person who scheduled actually cancelled their own appointment (we have cancellation notifications off because they include too many appointments that we either already know about ex. cancelling them ourselves. or don't care about ex. cancelling an appointment to rebook it under a correct name)
