  1. Sometimes our clients get a discount for the service but we still want a technician to get a commission of a total service amount. It would be great if owner or manager profiles could edit commissions somehow or to add it to a technician commission by any other ways without changing the gross revenue of the salon to extra (as client had a discount).

  2. Some businesses do not allow staff to set their own calendars. Depending on the type of business you run, it may be super beneficial to be able to see everyone's CalendarSync link on the Staff page or when you click on the Staff member's name on the Calendar page. This way, any owner/manager can quickly utilize these links for their purposes.

  5. There should be an easier way to terminate an employee. There are currently too many steps to make this happen and future appointments get missed and then disappear. Then clients show up for appointments that don't exist on our end.

  6. Services/Packages: A few clients sell services on their Shopify website.   7. It took me months to realize how many people were on our waitlist. The system only shows current day, unless you x out of the day. I suggest to take out that entire option and just show the entire waitlist all at once.

  9. We would like a report with the % of what data we have collected. Including Credit Card on FIle/Expiration Date/CVC Code. This way we can be intentional on who's information we have and who we still need to collect.

  11. It wouold be helpful if the size of the product was listed on the purchase order. A lot of our products come in different sizes and it is really hard to see which prodict is needed without this information right next to the product. I am having to change all the actual names of my products.

    • "Reason" Field for Pay ins/out - "shows the breakdown for the petty cash expenses per the cash expenses column in the Register Closeout Report" to help enable our clients to process their monthly journals in QuickBooks for petty cash.
    • Include a separate field: employee and vendor name

  12. why do i need a quantity desired if i cant pull a report from that number? i cannot see it when i'm doing an order to know how much i should get. i cant see it when i'm doing inventory to know if i'm low. its literally only in the individual windows of each individual product. its just seems suspicious that i have now input all these numbers that i cant do anything with. BTW... everyone of your competitors that i have used has always had this option in the base functionality. the fact that i am having to go…

  13. We're new to online booking and would like to have the option to have an email or text/push notifications sent to one designated email or phone/staff so we can monitor bookings coming in. Clients don't always know what services they need, especially with color treatments

  15. I am unable to see the UPC, price, or size when updating quantities in inventory. I have many products that come in multiple sizes. It is very hard to add inventory when I can't see the UPC, the size, or the price. I am unsure how to update my inventory without this information in the update inventory screen. (See screenshot) I have a new bottle of Shampoo 1, but I don't know which row to update.

  19. Allow rescheduling of merged services together between rooms/staff member. Right now, merged services can only be rescheduled as one between the same room/staff member.
