  1. We would like the self booking overlay to be compatible with Webflow. Currently, this is a limitation that makes the use of online booking not as seamless as it should be.

  3. I upgraded my plan despite my onboarding/sales rep advising against it, yet I’m still using 4x the allotted messages for just a two-person salon. I can’t even imagine what larger salons are paying in texting fees. Considering I already pay for a phone number with unlimited texting through my carrier, it’s frustrating that Boulevard’s messaging is so restrictive for the price. If this doesn’t change, I will not be renewing next year. I am already paying so much monthly!

  6. We need the ability to set dynamic pricing for individual stylists or service providers within a single profile. For example, if a stylist named Jane offers a haircut, we want to be able to assign both a regular price and a premium price that automatically applies during high-demand times (like weekends, early mornings at 5 AM, or late-night appointments).

    We also need the flexibility to customize these high-demand times per stylist, as one stylist’s peak hours may be different from another's. For example, Jane’s premium pricing might apply on weekends, while Jack’s could apply on weekday evenings.

  7. It would be helpful if the notifications blurred out after they have been clicked on to be completed. This way we would not have to keep track of each name done as we've finished the prior person.

  9. We need to be able to have the option to have alternate hours for certain days etc. For example we are closed every other Monday but right now we only have the choice to put open or closed. If we can make our service providers schedule bi-weekly, it would be very helpful to be able to have our business hours have more flexibility in what we show as our hours of operation as well.

  10. Currently, the Inventory on Hand report only shows the current inventory count. When you look at this report in Summaries, there is a date range option that does not impact the report at all. It would be extremely helpful to look at inventory counts retroactively to see what was on hand on previous dates.

  14. When we go into a stylist's services and change how long or the price of the service it should automatically update services already booked with them. Someone getting a promotion and therefore higher priced services shouldn't be something we have to manually change all pre-booked appointments

  15. I would like to option of choosing what will sync from Boulevard calendar to iCal. I would like to sync only booked client appointments. I do not need my “blocked time” on boulevard calendar to sync with my personal iCal. For example: if i have a ‘blocked time’ on my boulevard calendar for personal thing, ex: a doctors appointment, i do not need that blocked time to sync on my iCal, as I have already put that appointment on my iCal. It’s making my calendar look very messy. I just want to sync booked client appointments with my iCal.

  18. When a product has 0 in inventory, it still lets you sell it with no alert that it's out of stock. It would be nice if while checking a patient out, it still lets you sell the product, but will give you an alert that 1. the product is getting low and 2. the product is out of stock.

  19. We need the capability to pay different commissions on certain products. Maybe based on category. Such as 10% for retail like shampoos and conditioners. 7% on styling tools because their markup isn't 100%

  20. Hello, we would like to have the ability to limit the amount of reward dollars that can be used during checkout. Currently, the system only allows us to apply the full available reward amount. Is there a way to set a specific limit per transaction?
