  2. Please make a way the client to just log in when booking rather than being sent a code to email or phone. All the steps to finalize booking are road blocks that can cause them to not complete the sale or scheduling. The majority of our clients currently call the office or book on site bc they don't feel the booking platfrom is user friendly.

  3. On other platforms you can assign services to be booked on specific days, aka Tuesday I only take colors & no haircuts. A way to select services for certain days and not others in one schedule.

  4. As a private studio owner with a strict vetting and intake process, I need the ability to keep new client appointments in an unconfirmed/pending status until a required intake form has been submitted.

    Currently, clients receive a confirmed booking notification immediately upon scheduling, which removes any urgency to complete required intake forms. This creates significant operational issues including last minute cancellations, wasted appointment slots, and policy violations.

    What I am requesting:

    -New client appointments remain in a pending status until intake form is completed
    -Client receives a pending notification stating their appointment is not confirmed until the form is submitted…

  8. Sell a package and reedeem in one transaction in checkout instead of doing two steps and refreshing the page!! This should all be seamless so we dont have to go back and forth from page to page it should sell it and deduct it all in one

  9. Cancellations fees are not a true discount. For accounting purposes, this data is inaccurate. It is actually revenue. It should be listed separately from discounts.

  11. It would be very nice to be able to set limits on certain types of appointments. I would like to be able to limit how many of certain types of appointments can be booked in a day.

  12. It would be amazing to have an option where new clients are automatically directed to the first available provider or appointment slot when booking online. Right now, new clients often select specific providers, which can delay booking availability and create gaps in schedules. This feature would help maximize booking capacity, improve client experience with faster availability, and better distribute new client traffic across the team. Even having this as an optional toggle in settings would be incredibly helpful.

  16. I would like an option (like in Square) for my stylists to approve or decline an appointment that was booked online. Sometimes there are scheduling conflicts, and this would help prevent that. Currently we have to reach out directly to clients to reschedule.

  18. THIS SMALL INTEGRATION MAKES IT WORK ON THE BOULEVARDS SIDE, GIVING THE SALON A FULL LEVEL OF REVENUE AND NEW CLIENTS FROM OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS. MANY PAY NORMAL SERVICES TOO, AND PAYMENTS WHEN INTEGRATED IS BI-WEEKLY. THE INTEGRATION MAKES SURE THE CLIENTS FILL SLOW SPOTS AS WELL AS ALL LATE APTS , LAST MIN CANCELATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS ARE ALL PAID IN FULL

  20. We have clients that we allow to make payments on larger packages. We would love to be able to apply a package and it's vouchers to a clients profile, even with an active balance to be paid, and apply payment to that open sale until it is paid off.
