Walking into a closing shift where 3 stylists have called out means a lot of work on the backend when customers who don't check their email come in looking for their appointment to be filled and no one's here. Having cancelled appointments made easily accessible to see where they've been rescheduled to / the names of cancelled people would make tracking down individuals much easier. As nice as looking up by phone number is, it would be more efficient to see the cancelled appointment around the time the customer was expecting to arrive.

  3. It would be great to have the Bell notification history under the client account. We need sometimes to see more than 4 days of notifications so a full history could go under the client account or even a separate Notifications History section under the Management Cog so front desk can dig in.

  4. When client books an appointment the technician automatically get a confirmation booking. If the client decides to add another service with a separate provider, that provider DOES NOT receive an alert that a booking has been made. This added service is done through the EDIT mode. Unless providers are glued to the app, they may very well not notice that a service is being added to their schedule. They receive texts for cancellation and original bookings. Can we please have an alert mechanism for editing an existing appointment? Thanks

  6. Hi, I had a client try to purchase a gift card online today, and they received an error message due to their phone number being 11-digits instead of 10. We fixed the phone number, but is there anyway that we can have 11 or more digit phone numbers added for international guests and clients? thanks

  8. Love the add on feature for services, for online booking. But would be awesome if when booking on the app, or on the dashboard, or even checking out a guest that when that service is selected the add on menu pops up automaticall and you can pick the options that apply, would help the flow of appointment booking when booking clients, and would also help when a new stylist/employee checks out a client that they can add on multiple items to that ticket so they know whats included in the prices etc.

  10. We have a lot of service providers and multiple locations, when looking at the calendar you only get to see the first letter maybe two of the staff names and the photos are very small. We would love the ability to have the full name of the staff pull up when you hover, not click your mouse over their photo.

  13. Receiving alerts within a 4 hr window from when the stylists starts their shift would be awesome. They don't want the online booking alert on for everything because they receive a ton of messages from it. If we could have it for just a certain time frame it would be very helpful.

  16. It would be helpful to have the 50% charge of a cancellation not appear as a "discount" on the service commission reports. Just a separate column that denoted "late cancellations" would be best in order to track it with how our staff gets paid.

  17. Would be nice to be able to set a lead time requirement for certain services so they could only be booked out more than X days ahead.

    Example: custom color requires us to phone consult with client for color and also where they are coming from, then order said colors and wait for delivery. So at current we either have the option of having it bookable online and then calling and rescheduling if we need more time to order or we don't have it available for online booking all together.
