  1. Can we update the cancellation dashboard so it’s not restricted to a single date view? Right now, it defaults to one specific day, and I have to click through each date individually. Ideally, I’d like it to support multiple pages that allow users to continuously go back in time—almost like an infinite scroll or paginated history.

You keep working on features that only apply to a handful of users and have a handful of votes on it instead of features that have been requested for MONTHS OR YEARS like invoices or better notifications with HUNDREDS of votes. Work on the stuff that the most people want not what a couple of high paying clients request of you

  6. Our providers are using iPads during clinic, and need to clearly see patients' allergies. This field should be added to the professional app the way it is in the dashboard version.

  9. We need to be able to add a field in the treatment chart that carries forward to all charts - IE Injectable Progess note - past medical history or patient issue/complaint. This should pull through from the last appt so the provider is aware what happened. they should not have to go back and hunt for important information on the patient.

  12. Urgent Escalation: Misrepresentation of Cancellation Policy on Client Checkout Interface

    Dear Boulevard Support,
    I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding the way our cancellation policy is currently displayed during the online checkout process on Boulevard.

    Despite having implemented a custom cancellation policy that clearly links to my website via the designated URL, the platform still displays default messaging regarding cancellation fees. These statements do not reflect my actual policy and may lead clients to believe that they will be charged fees, which is false and misleading.

  14. We do both in office and virtual appointments. It would be nice to personalize client notifications based on specific appointments with specific instructions for the retrospective appointment vs overarching generalized notifications. It can be confusing for the client when something is virtual vs in office.

  15. schedules are created via another platform that is easier to manage thousands of employees across locations. area managers are then responsible for replicating these in boulevard, but far too manual to be confident in their accuracy, especially when considering schedule changes that may happen later. By having an API, there is greater confidence in the bookable availability in blvd.

  16. it's possible to pull an existing scheduling alert via the API but not create one. this is a beneficial route as opposed to tagging client/appts since the alert appears upon appointment creation, rather than after an appointment has already been made.

  17. You built two beautiful things....now pls connect them. The client portal is fantastic, and so is the new attendant. The auto attendant should have the ability to have a prebuilt link in there that says, "we are away from our desk but did you know you can self-serve many issues through the client portal (insert link)"

    We alllllll want to do less work. Help us teach people how to do it for us.

If we are not charging a client for a service it would be nice to have a "Comp" button instead of having to go through the whole "check out" process as if we are using a card as that's the only option. I also am unable to check out a client from home without the Duo even if they have a $0 balance.
