So that staff or management could essentially place notes on times to do a number of tasks such as analysis or dictate instructions to staff.

Examples:

Wanting to notate a region of time for analysis. To refer to things, we now are marking up schedule screenshots using outside editors, if they were native to Blvd then these notes would be cloud based and businesses would have the confidence they are synced across and we can always be looking at the same data and most up to date.

To markup regions to let staff know what the intent is. If an appointment or two needed to be moved so that we can make room for another, the current process is either noting each and every appt while we await confirmations of changes from the clients or staff and relying on us continuously monitoring it so we don't forget it. What would be better is a new type of block to cover the entire region and label it with notes: Trying to make room for blah blah and deleting the new block (if need be) when the task is completed. Allowing a filter to show all future regions of this type of block would provide staff a better tool to manage what tasks that require human intervention need to be done.
