  2. Please add a little pencil after the promo code line...the way it is it is not recognized by anyone over 20 as a field that is editable. People do not read. It has to be a place that looks like you can put things. It currently does not. Any time we run a promo our older folks are super confused.

  3. Every day we create a blocked time slot that is just general reception notes. Things like 'ashly working whole day'. 'call so and so to remind them of early shift' 'fire drill on x day'. We have a slack and a day of note book, but seeing a little tag seems to be the only way we can really manage this stuff...but it means one provider gets a ton of notes on their schedule.Pls add a day of notes feature.   6. backwards button to go back just one move. Every time we check the past date's transactions or any appointments, when we hit the backwards button, it takes me back all the way to today though we want to keep looking on the same date transactions... very inconvenient and time consuming to find one transactions/appointment we are looking for.

  16. I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!

  20. We need a way to track outstanding balance for customers on bigger packages. Some don't get approved through Cherry, etc. so we allow them make weekly payments throughout their 6-8 week package. There is a way to track customer credits but we need a way to track amount owed and ideally this would populate during checkout.
