  2. We are creating holiday gift boxes and packages which contain several products from our retail lines. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to create these boxes/packages in a way that would edit the inventory of multiple retail products when we sell the boxes/packages. Please create this.

  4. For recurring appts, like weekly blowouts or 3 week mens cuts, giving the option to book indefinitely and keep them on the same time in perpetuity is really helpful with the system we swapped from. Please consider it.

  5. (1) If someone has a package AND membership that include vouchers - there's no way to distinguish which is which when checking out. Big miss and a headache for someone at the front desk to figure this out.

    (2) Under payment methods > vouchers --- VERY HARD to tell which vouchers go with which - need a line or something to separate them

  6. We use Google Tag Manager in addition to Google Analytics your documentation didn't quite work.

    We think we figured out a work-around but haven't tested it robustly yet.

  7. Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)
    - show gift cards sales totals
    - show gift card card values and discounts
    - show if cards purchased online or retail with ability to filter by dates

  9. I love the cancellation page. At current to my knowledge there is no way to easily answer the question “who was scheduled at 3pm and then rescheduled?” A searchable method to find clients who moved based on original appointment date, service provider would allow better managing and analysis of movements and whether any actions are needed.

  10. So many salons and spa offer intro packages or treatments, and there doesn't seem to be a way to make that an actual one time use. For instance, we offer a 3 pack of sessions at a discounted rate, but anyone can buy those services as many times as they want. There should be a way that we can offer this and once its been used by a client they are no longer eligible to use, that way it doesn't create more work for back of house running reports to see who is abusing this price point and option.

  12. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.

  16. Our team has been really loving the auto-populate feature for birthdays and medications!

    I was wondering if we can have the same feature as an option for text boxes in our charts & forms. For example, if, if a text box has your client's allergies, that field can autopopulate with each new chart or form and edited in case new information needs to be added.

    This would be a BIG game changer for our team and really make a positive impact.

  17. Ability to mass/automate opt-in marketing permissions for email and text. Mainly email is most important.

    Feedback " I paid extra to migrate my client lists and that should have been something I cleared before I signed up with boulevard. It seems to me most of the software companies are designed for new businesses, leaving us established businesses , always having to adjust and figure out how to keep up

    I already had my clients opted in when they booked years ago and the client should not have to keep opting in because I changed software"
