  1. We need a way to track outstanding balance for customers on bigger packages. Some don't get approved through Cherry, etc. so we allow them make weekly payments throughout their 6-8 week package. There is a way to track customer credits but we need a way to track amount owed and ideally this would populate during checkout.

  8. Instead of only having the waitlist available for the client to sign up on when there are no slots available, having a waitlist link that the stylists can post on their social media. That way clients can directly sign up for the waitlist instead of going through the entire process.

  9. When you go into edit an appointment, the screen is now minimized so you have to scroll to see everything. It would be great if we could minimize or maximize the appointment screen so we can see the information we'd like to see.

  10. Currently, if a customer had an appointment and wants to pay by buying a package, they need to first buy the package and then the voucher has to be applied to the service (appointment). One can also add the package to the appointment at checkout but then the voucher cannot be used for that appointment.

    It would be useful to be able to have customer pay for their package at appointment checkout, and one voucher is automatically used for the service provided.

  11. It would be helpful and make life easier if we could link a credit card from one profile to another. For example if a client's parent would like to pay for their child's services and there's no CC on child's profile but a CC on parent's profile, if we could link the card to the child's profile instead of having to retrieve the CC via phone with parent at checkout. This feature was something we could do on Booker booking software.

  14. Upon adding items to a guest checkout it cuts off half the name. It would be nice if you could hold the curser over the item added to an order and have it display the entire name of the item added to an order.

  15. Letting the guest put who exactly the booking is for no matter the email address. We have moms booking for their kids all the time and its always under moms name. It would be super helpful if they could put who the booking is for.

  17. We want to run different promos where the discount is higher for more money spent. There should be a way that we implement a rule that says that code is only good when spending x amount of money like BF2023 10% off up to $250 and 20% off from $250-500... etc.

  20. any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.
