Every day we create a blocked time slot that is just general reception notes. Things like 'ashly working whole day'. 'call so and so to remind them of early shift' 'fire drill on x day'. We have a slack and a day of note book, but seeing a little tag seems to be the only way we can really manage this stuff...but it means one provider gets a ton of notes on their schedule.Pls add a day of notes feature. Every platform I have been on has had this suggestion and none have done it. Do it!! We are all doing this as a work around. We need a day of notes tab.
