  1. "Precision Scheduling" - Where to begin?! Right... well it was really smart to trademark since others will surely want this level of deep learning /s.

    We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

  2. Uploading photos is a great feature for the forms and charts. I was just playing with this, and I realized that there is no option to zoom into the photos which can make viewing details harder when looking on a small phone screen. Viewing on a computer monitor is easier, but zooming would still be helpful there.

  3. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected.   4. Would love to be able to send recurring text campaigns and not have to send one time blasts. We use texting a lot more than emails so this would be super helpful!

  5. The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

  6. Maybe this idea was already posted, but I just got the Duo. Sometimes we have clients who have already prepaid and the total for services is $0. We realized the Duo will close out the sale and not prompt the client to leave gratuity. We have to ask and manually enter the gratuity amount in the checkout window before running payment. We would like to still have them select a gratuity amount on their own via the iPad, based on value of the service. If they left cash, they can still skip it. Thanks!

  7. There is a square, line, and X, but would love to track Coolsculpting treatments on the Boulevard system. It would be great to have an oval to show where their cycle was placed.

  9. The chart sign off signature used to be in cursive and now it's in bold capital lettering. Can you bring back the cursive or at least an option to have cursive over the capital letters?

  17. Ability to "undo" an erroneous voucher redemption, at current if a voucher is "redeemed" the only way to correct it is to sell a workaround one to add it back to the client's payment methods.

    Audit friendly; so many times clients come in and are very confused how many vouchers they have left. Rework of payment method section or in history that shows when a package was sold and how many are left alongside each date of redemption.
