Staff Performance Report: Utilization Percentage
Currently, the "Hours scheduled" are not set up to reflect the time clock so it would help to be able to see the time that the staff member actually worked vs. the number of hours scheduled.
So many of our artists call out or will ask to come in late or will leave early if they finish early, and this, summed up across all artists over the course of an entire week, can greatly impact our artist utilization to be far off.

you should be able to swipe credit card before promted to sign and leave tip
doesn't make sense to ask for a signature and tip before you swipe the credit card

Record of Change in Order
In the case of a refund we need visibility on what provider made the change. How much they refunded and for what purpose. Incase there's a mistake with the refund being able to see the trail of what happened would be helpful. Also to see which service providers are making the refunds/price adjustments

PDF Exports Are Unreadable
When exporting information in a PDF the type is so small it almost requires a magnifying glass to read. Need to be able to make this readable please!

Order Services with Vertical dropdown
vertical drop-downs - picks the service they want and then has the vertical dropdown - system will re-organize what they want and allow for add-on, etc.
Needs to be able to order services as they wish.
IE. Salt room first, the float and then last service - in any order they wish. So they can choose which service they want to go first., etc

Rescheduling merged services together
Allow rescheduling of merged services together between rooms/staff member. Right now, merged services can only be rescheduled as one between the same room/staff member.

Blocked Time Should Count as Productive
For some reason when you block time, that time is still counted in their hours available for productivity, but since they're not performing a service it counts against their Utilization % which shouldn't be the case. If they're blocked for a meeting they're still productive, just not with a client

Have the calendar be "smart" enough to not revert to present date...
...when I toggle to a specific date and then click the New Appointment on the top right.

At the moment, when a client calls in for an appointment on a specific date, I will go to the calendar, choose the date (11/9 for this example), and when I click on the "New Appointment" button at the top right, it reverts the calendar for today's date and makes me choose the date again if not for the present day.

Express checkout on iPad
Front desk team would be able to check clients in faster. Check them out faster as well. The speed of using the website through the ipad is not fast enough and has lots of glitches. We eventually want to get rid of having a desk and have pay stands etc.

Time Clock/Productivity
Time clock should be linked to productivity for hourly employees and also stylists to track when and if someone is late/how often and how that effects their productivity in taking appointments etc.

Way to opt all staff out from Boulevard update emails that show features owners may not be ready to roll out or answer any questions about!
I LOVE that the software is always growing and being packed full of new features. The more the merrier! But, many times these emails throw the salons into gossip-nados in which staff feel the features are already here. There is no warning or prep time in which my managers and myself have before staff start insinuating that we are locking things away from them or hiding functionality. This is especially difficult as the emails are written in a way that voices that the features are all available already which makes it seem only that the managers and owners aren't doing…

Allow a scroll functionality for calendars that have many scheduled service providers so that calendar is more visible

Schedule Viewing Filters for Staff Assistants
A feature for assistants or receptionist to view only schedules, they have been granted access too.

Make certain services NOT viewable in booking emails, confirmations such as "no show fee" or "late charge"
For clients that no show, we add a $10 fee to their next appointment. It would be great if there was an option to not have the booking emails show this service. It is best for business to discuss the fee with the client in person rather than them have at-home time before the appointment to get angry over.
Alternatively the ability to add a product to a scheduled service would work as well, then we would use a "no show fee" as a product instead.

Botox and filler appointments based on units vs set dollar amount
Med spas that have injectables will bill, pay commission, and track inventory based on units injected. That amount can change from appointment to appointment and will prevent a business from having 100 different botox services listed with different units. This is also beneficial for vouchers where a client can buy 100 units and use those units at different values for redemption.
