  2. Want to only see staff, not resources so we have to manually toggle them all off on the calendar filter, but then when making adjustments or moving things around the page resets and all resources are listed again.

  3. Sometimes when it gets really busy in the salon, stylists/receptionists might not realize when a client has made a last minute online booking for the same day until it is too late and perhaps the stylist didn't know they were coming in or it managed to slip by reception.

    Something that I think would be really helpful especially for busy times/days of the week, if a client books an appointment online for the same day, with-in the calendar that reception sees- make the appointment block vibrate or jostle around to let them know of a new same-day booking, and it…

  5. Example: $20 off of a $120 gift card). Boulevard's system - when a gift card is purchased online it is allowing that $20 off to be used on any amount. Ideally, we want to be able to target a specific amount.

  8. It would be awesome to have the ability to customize what data shows on reports as well as normal information pages. For example, being able to add a "date purchased" or "last date used" column to the gift card screen.

    Our old software allowed customization on virtually every display of information, and it made life much easier for things like looking up lost gift cards.

Just like you can add custom additions to confirmations and receipts it would be a nice to have a text box to add to waitlist emails so that we can add a note that says if they are not contacted, that nothing was available and they should book again for a different day or try the waitlist again on a different day.

    A few people called annoyed they were never contacted. (Though it already says they'll get a call when an appointment is available, it just doesn't say what will happen if it isn't)

  13. We want to run a special where you get a Dollar amount off your bill or a percent when booking a combination of two service categories. (Nails+Feet for our salon) It would be nice to be able to create a rule that applies when they book one or more of a selection of categories together.

    Also it would be nice to have the option to do a discount from the TOTAL appointment, not off the services specifically. So if they booked anything in category 1 and anything in category 2 they would get a blanket $10 off for instance. We…

  18. When booking a service online that has a required number of add-ons it's easy to overlook the greyed out "Choose at least 1" and if you don't add an option, when you go to add the service nothing happens. There's no alert to let the client know why they're unable to add the service. If a client were to mark an add-on and then unmark, it turns red to alert them they must choose one. Would be great if that happened when they click "Add" so they know why the process isn't moving forward
