  2. Allow booking widget workflow to be specific to service provider where a link would take a client to the services specific to the service provider and then to appointment availability to allow service providers to easily share with clients.

  4. At the end of the booking widget flow, the system shows the providers name they have been paired with. This will happen even if the feature is toggled off to not show staff names. This account has asked to have this removed.

  6. Ability to have 1 service provider booked at the same block of time for three different services all in separate rooms. Today this is possible if scheduled by front desk staff, but client would like the ability to have it available for online booking as well. For example, service provider could be doing tattoo removal, laser hair, and lymphatic drainage and each appointment would start at the same time, but be in different rooms.

  7. This would minimize erroneous booking of clients from other locations. If showing all clients, possibly a better UX would be the clients from the searching location be shown first, and a line break with bar "Clients below this line are from other locations" showing other matches from other locations, possibly slightly greyed out.

  8. you should have plug in button that we can put on our website that says "start texting" so all they have to do is press that button and it will route them to their imessage with our numer already there so they can text directly from the website like instagram has

  12. For appointments that are shorter in duration if most appointments are 1h+ I would love if there was a way for online booking offering less amounts of times for the shorter appointments and coupling them with existing appointments. For example if a stylist has a haircut appointment at 12:30, only offering for that day 12:15 or, 1:30 so the appointments are stacked instead of separated out.

  13. When creating a schedule, it would be great visually for the manager to view the dates of the week while posting when you are no longer at the top of the page. It would also be very helpful to have the ability to have saved shifts as an option when creating shifts Ie. (example below)

  14. Not sure what would be most helpful,

    But I can only imagine that families that decide to use a single number for their persons causes the same redundancy issues on Blvd's side as it does for salon staff.

    In contact center, it would be helpful if messages received indicated that there were multiple contacts with that number so staff could determine which client or such the message is pertaining to. Possible errors are messages like this: Received from X, "cancel my appt tomorrow and move it to Saturday". Appt is deleted and moved to Saturday. Client X's son Y comes…

  15. It would be handy to have a standard set of prices for a role and then have the ability for an automatic MARKUP to be added say for a Master Tech. This would be easier than being forced to have 2-sets of pricing. Senior and Master. Instead should someone use a Master, the client gets charged the standard rate, BUT a Custom MARKUP to the standard rate, auto charged at checkout.

  19. During the scare of the corona virus is there a way that a client could have the option to prepay before their appointment. Not that is would be required in order to make an appointment but that clients would have the option to pay a certain amount to support their stylist in the mean time!

  20. With AB5, trying to navigate giving cash directly to providers when a gift card is purchased. A client could purchase the gift card under the stylists name ie; my wife always sees Jenna for her hair so buy a gift card for Jenna
